Drake Joins Beyonce with his Booking Deal and Tells You To "Stay Strapped" with Condoms!

Drake has signed a deal to International Creative Management which represents a variety of artists including Beyonce, Sean Kingston, Katt Williams and more.

Drizzy's new signing was made public today (July 22).

Chart-topping rapper/singer Drake has signed to International Creative Management (ICM) to handle his tour booking and branding moving forward. The ICM deal follows Drake's recent signing to Young Money Entertainment, with distribution through Universal Republic, for the release of his highly-anticipated debut album, Thank Me Later. The company is known to represent various artists both in the film and music industry.

The agency represents film and television actors and directors, as well as artists in theater, music, publishing, and new media. A major "tenpercentery" (along with CAA and William Morris Endeavor), ICM represents such A-list clients as Halle Berry, Rosario Dawson, Robert Duvall, Beyonce Knowles, and Chris Rock, as well as emerging performers. It has offices in Los Angeles, New York, and London.
Drake's deal follows his recent deal with Lil Wayne's Young Money label.
"I actually signed directly to my managers Cortez Bryant and Gee Roberson," Drake explained in an interview last month. "And we signed a joint venture with Young Money which is Lil Wayne's company. The courting was nice, I had some great dinners in hotels, I got some nice things [during the bidding war.] I think the best part about it is that we've done this thing in the industry where it's been so organic to do it with the people that I'm doing it with. It's kinda like we're doing it by ourselves. It's distributed through Universal."

He was also featured in a recent Stay Strapped Condoms commercial as the company's latest pubic service announcement spokesperson.

"Yo what's going on man," he said in the advertisement. "This is your boy Drake and I'm out in the H-Town. You already know. Get informed, not infected. Use strapped condoms and save lives. I approve this message. Yeah."
