Here we go again! This is the second time within a few days that Lil Wayne is getting sued and this is not a coincidence. After "Lolipop" producer said he was owed unpaid royalties (click here) , now there is another producer who is allegedly owed their royalties for their songs.
This time it's "A Milli" producer, Bangladesh, suing Lil Wayne for $500,000.
Bangladesh aka Shondrae Crawford said he is taking the rapper to court because of unpaid royalties. He told Vibe.com that he felt the only way to get the money owed was to sue Wayne’s label Cash Money, questioning the company's payment policy.
"Cash Money don’t pay royalties,"he claims.
"'Tha Carter III' [Wayne's 2008 album] [is] his biggest album probably because of 'A Milli'. You have to sue these guys so that they pay up."
He added:
"All the money from album sales goes to Cash Money. I get cheques from Sony for Beyonce, checks from different labels for different artists, it just comes to you. You don't have to call them, sue them and all that junk. This is what you're owed."
