50 Cent Talks Final Mixtape EVER + Movie Deals w/ VIBE Magzine. [VIDEO]
50 Cent recently talked to VIBE magazine about his upcoming, and last, mixtape plus his new movie production deal. 50 says he has a new movie production deal in which he will be doing "3-5" films per year with the first being "The Gun" with shooting starting in December.

50 Cent Offers Fans More Bang for Their Buck: "Before I Self Destruct" DVDs
Though 50 Cent has sold nearly 30 million albums worldwide and scored eight Top 10 Hot 100 hits (including three #1s), he has not forgotten the hard times.
So 50 Cent has decided to include not one but two DVDs w/ a full-length original movie to his fourth album, Before I Self Destruct (Shady/Aftermath/Interscope), releasing Monday, November 23, 2009.
The 90-minute film, also titled Before I Self Destruct, written, directed and starring Curtis Jackson (aka 50 Cent), is a coming of age story about an inner city youth raised by a hardworking single mother. When his dream of becoming a basketball player fails to materialize, he finds himself employed in a supermarket. After his mother is tragically gunned down, Clarence (played by Jackson) is consumed by revenge and takes up a life of crime in order to support his younger brother.
But 50 Cent is offering even more for hip-hop fans with Before I Self Destruct. For a limited time, the package will also include a second DVD featuring "Two Turntables And A Microphone: The Life And Death Of Jam Master Jay," a documentary about 50 Cent's late mentor and friend. Hip-hop pioneer Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC gave 50 Cent his first big break in music by signing him to JMJ Records in the late 1990s. In fact, 50's first official recording was an appearance on a 1998 JMJ-produced Onyx album and Jay produced 50 Cent's first, though unreleased, album. 50 Cent executive produced the documentary and appears in the 85-minute film, along with Rev Run, Russell Simmons, Jay-Z, and others.

Eminem VS iTunes!
Apple Inc. and Eminem's music publisher have failed to settle a dispute over 93 songs on iTunes, clearing the way for a trial in the Em's hometown of Detroit.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Virginia Morgan was overseeing private settlement talks Wednesday. Eight Mile Style LLC lawyer Howard Hertz says no deal was reached in the lawsuit.
Eight Mile says it never authorized the 93 songs in a downloadable format on Apple's popular iTunes service. The publisher alleges copyright infringement. Apple says it has a valid agreement with Aftermath Records, which controls the Eminem sound recordings at issue in the case.
The lack of a settlement means Detroit U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor will start a trial at 9 a.m. Thursday.

50 Cent Pushes Back Album Again: Blaims Eminem
50 Cent recently revealed that his highly anticipated album Before I Self Destruct has officially been pushed back again, this time until November.
The G-Unit boss made the announcement during an interview backstage at the Coke Live Festival, in Cracow, Poland last night (August 22).
The last confirmed release date for the album had been September 29 and prior to that, September 11. (same day as Jay-Z, Click Here To Read Original Story)
50, who has recorded and the re-recorded BISD, also revealed that a companion movie will come with the rapper’s fourth major studio album.
“I was limited [with] time on my other projects, And this one, just because the system was in a state of confusion with things changing – the music business itself changed,” 50 Cent said. “And it was definitely a time where I felt like I was ready and it wasn’t a possibility for me to release the record at that point. And then the Eminem train came running down the track and I had to get out the way to let Eminem’s record [Relapse] go out. Because he had been off for two years, it made good sense for to let him go out first.”
The film version of BISD marks the rapper’s directorial debut and is based off of the songs contained on the album.
“It will be within the album packaging, so when you buy the record you will get the film that I wrote,” 50 Cent revealed.
50 is also working on a new untitled album that will be a radical departure from his previous releases.
“[I’m] working on a new project, is so far what they’ve heard from me in the past. It’s different things we are doing that they’ll be surprised to hear. What creatively, I came up with.”
According to 50 Cent, Before I Self Destruct will land in stores the first week of November, which would make the release date Tuesday, November 3.
The album features production by Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Polow Da Don, Ty Fyffe and others.
