Glee 3D Concert

If you read my blog, you likely know that I am a big Gleek-- I really don't try and hide it. I watch the show weekly, comment on most episodes, and am constantly searching for spoilers online to provide you, my fellow Gleek's, with up to date coverage.

That being said, I don't know if I entirely understand the premise of the upcoming movie, Glee: The 3D Concert. Here's the trailer:

Is it just a documentary with bits of their summer tour? In 3D?
If so, is the appeal the behind the scenes coverage? I mean, I think that would be better suited for a TV special, not a summer blockbuster?

I know, I know...you diehard Gleek's are mad at me. We're in a fight, right? Before you decide, hear me out.  I'm not being pessimistic, I just think the appeal of the movie is lost on me. Is this the first time I actually feel like I might be too old for the show? That I might not be the targeted audience after all?

But then I snap back in to my little world  and realize that a summer blockbuster means a summer press tour and that my friends, is fine by me.

On Monday night, Cory Monteith was a guest on Late night with Jimmy Fallon.  He chatted with Jimmy about the upcoming movie, vomit caused by spoiled mayo, and his band Bonnie Dune.

Yesterday afternoon, Cory was seen outside of the Live with Regis & Kelly studio in New York City. Look at his scruff! On the right guy, scruff is great, better than great, so much so, it's better than no scruff at all. (Too much?)

Also out promoting the 3D film was Diana Agron who visited The Late Show with David Letterman on Monday night. She was spotted in a Stella McCartney Rosalia bonded velvet dress that features peplum skirt detailing and a sweetheart neckline. She accessorized with pink lips, matching nails, and a pair of YSL Tribtoo pumps.
This is definitely a Fall dress, no doubt about it. but her blond locks and pink lips make it work. Not too many people could pull off velvet in August.

On Tuesday, Diana continued her promo tour and stopped by the set of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. She wore a Pre-Fall 2011 firecracker printed Erdem dress. The actress really seems to be a fan of below the knee hemlines! She accessorized with a pair of nude sandals and opted for no jewellery.

So tell me, will you go out to see the movie? You have until August 12th to decide!
