Jamie King in Valentino:
Actress Jaime King hosted the Saint Vintage Designs benefit for Stand Up To Cancer last weekend. Since last weeks Great Looks installment was devoted to comic-con, the Valentino Fall 2011 dress was not acknowledged, which simply wont do.
I love the bohemian femininity of this gown. It's hard to tell in this shot but there is tons of bead detailing on the dress. If you look closely, the green accents are actually embellishments.

Freida Pinto in Juan Carlos:
At the LA Premiere of her upcoming movie, Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes, Freida Pinto wore a Juan Carlos Obando Resort 2012 dress. The overall look was very flowy and casual, largely due to the asymmetrical skirt and draping detail at the neck.
You don't see this shade of green on the red carpet very often. Or ever, really.
She completed her look with a pair of nude Brian Atwood Wagner peep-toes.

Mila Kunis in Lanvin:Mila Kunis was in Germany with Justin Timberlake over the weekend promoting their film Friends With Benefits. The actress was spotted wearing a Lanvin Fall 2011 mini dress for a photocall in Berlin. The rose color is very romantic and extremely flattering against her tanned skin. The gathered detailing at her bust and plunging neckline is also very flattering -- she looks so fit!
I love that she went with a pair of deep purple pumps as opposed to the expected gold or rose gold shoe that somehow always seems to accompany a soft pink dress. Who made that a rule anyways?

Ashlee Simpson in Mara Hoffman:
Have you ever thought that a hair cut or colour wouldn't look as good on someone if they didn't dress a certain way?
That's how I feel about Ashlee Simpson's look right now. The hair cut, the hair colour, the pink lips, the cat eyes, the dress, the shoes, every element is working in unison to make her look equally cute, fun, chic, and to make me want to cut my hair this short.
The silk 'Vent Safari' dress is by designer Mara Hoffman.
Olivia Wilde in Emporio Armani:
If you haven't seen the latest issue of Nylon Magazine, go out and get a copy. Olivia Wilde looks hot on the cover!
Here she is attending the Nylon August Denim Issue Launch Party in L.A. The cover girl wore a black jumpsuit from the Emporio Armani Fall 2011 collection.
Black has a tendency of looking formal, regardless of the style, however the sparkle detailing featured on the top half adds some fun to an otherwise classic jumpsuit.
I would have probably swapped the shoes for a black peep toe, maybe in patent?

Jaime King:
I love this look just as much as I love the Valentino. I know, I know, you're rolling your eyes at me. 'They look exactly the same minus the colour,' is what you're thinking, right? Wrong! This printed maxi dress has the ability to be transformed into a super casual look when paired with flats and oversized sunglasses. It also has the ability to be dressed up for an event.
The oversized gold clutch and strappy high heel sandals that Jaime paired with the maxi dress help her take this look from day to night. The bead detailing and embellishments we previously saw on the Valentino solidify that look as a dressy number.
I love an outfit with no boundaries. Day, night, work, play. Works for me!
