Famous Plastic Surgeon Dies From Texting/ Tweeting While Driving! [PHOTOS]

Texting while driving has gotten so out of hand that many people are dying from crashing their car, just to get that last message through. Check out this story...

Dr. Frank Ryan, plastic surgeon to Heidi Montag and other celebrities, was sending a Twitter message about his border collie just before his fatal car accident, says his ex-girlfriend.

"He lived up in Malibu on a tiny street and he was texting while driving and he accidentally went over the cliff,"
Charmaine Blake says.

Blake, a celebrity publicist, says Ryan's family was told by investigators that the Tweeting caused the wreck on Monday.

According to law enforcement, Dr. Ryan's Jeep went over the side of Pacific Coast Highway yesterday at around 4:30 PM. The Jeep landed on rocks and lifeguards initially tried to help Ryan, to no avail.

Ryan, who was 50, was trapped in the vehicle and had major head injuries. The Ventura County Fire Department tried hoisting Ryan using a helicopter, but the attempt was called off. Ryan was pronounced dead at the scene.

Minutes before the crash, Ryan Tweeted,
"After 25 years of driving by, I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of Malibu. Much harder than it looks! Whew!"

Ryan's last Tweet before he died,
"Border collie jill surveying the view from atop the sand dune."

The dog, whose name is Jill -- Blake's middle name -- was in the car at the time of the crash and survived injuries to the head, eye and paw. Law enforcement sources tell us Ryan's dog was found in the ocean and seriously injured. The dog was taken to a local veterinary hospital

The California Highway Patrol confirms Ryan was texting before the crash, but investigators have not officially determined the cause of the accident.

"It is one of the elements that we are investigating,"
CHP Officer Steven Reid says.

Blake says she lived with Ryan from 2003 to 2006. After breaking up, they remained close and Ryan was also helping support her, says Blake.

"It was the only serious relationship I ever had and he was the love of my life,"
Blake, 29, says.
"It was hard for us to stay away from each other."

She adds that she hopes other people learn from this tragedy that
"people should not text and drive at all."

Dr. Ryan appeared on numerous TV shows and even performed plastic surgery on the air.

The pair was brought to a San Diego hospital where doctors found Rainey had broken bones in both feet, one hand and his neck, along with fractures on his clavicle and sternum. Chris Brown Comments On Tiger Woods Scandel.

First reports of Tiger Woods' mysterious single car crash created a media frenzy last week, then infidelity claims involving Tiger with not one but three women shocked the world --all of which overshadowed Woods' wife Elin Nordegren's possible domestic violence charges being overlooked. Now, singer Chris Brown is not happy??

If your asking why Chris Brown has involved himself in this mess, I am too. Let me explain why he decided to comment...

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the investigation of possible domestic violence charges in the Woods' case was closed due to lack of evidence.

In a press conference on December 1, a Florida Highway Patrol spokesperson said:

"The Florida Highway Patrol is not pursuing criminal charges. Despite the celebrity status of Mr. Woods, the highway patrol has completed its investigation in the same professional manner as any traffic violation investigation."

Instead Woods received a $164 citation for careless driving.

So Chris Brown, who is on probation for attacking ex-girlfriend Rihanna in February (09), replied to the Highway Patrol's findings on his Twitter account:

"Wow.. The world is so one-sided...case closed? Just like that?"

Yes Chris, just like that lol.

Initially, the Florida Highway Patrol said while alcohol did not play a part in the accident, the collision was under investigation. However, less than a week later the case is closed.

Tiger Wood's Gives Statement: "Regrets Those Transgressions"

Tiger Woods acknowledged Wednesday morning that he let down his family, saying he regrets "those transgressions with all of my heart."

Woods released a statement on his Web site, offering his "profound apology" to his family and friends.

UsWeekly magazine published a cover story that says a cocktail waitress in Los Angeles carried on a 31-month affair with the married Woods, the world's top-ranked golfer.

"I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart," Woods said in the statement. "I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone."

UsWeekly has reported Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren, have a prenuptial agreement worth $300 million. If that number is correct -- or close -- and the two divorced, it would be the most expensive celebrity divorce in history, exceeding the $150 million-plus Michael Jordan paid his wife, Juanita, in their settlement.

The cocktail waitress, Jaimee Grubbs, told UsWeekly she had a voice mail of Woods.
"Hey, it's, uh, it's Tiger. I need you to do me a huge favor," the message said. "Um, can you please, uh, take your name off your phone. My wife went through my phone. And, uh, may be calling you. ... You gotta do this for me. Huge. Quickly. All right. Bye."

Also, radar reported that Rachel Uchitel, the New York bar hostess who initially denied an affair with Woods, will admit to it and that her attorney, Gloria Allred, has scheduled a news conference for Thursday.

In its final report released Wednesday, the Florida Highway Patrol said Woods' Friday morning accident caused $3,200 in property damage and that he was not wearing a seat belt and was traveling 30 mph in a 25 mph zone. Woods was cited for reckless driving and has paid a $164 fine, court records show.
