MTV.com Confirmed Earlier Today That Mother Monster Will Be Performing at This Years 2011 MTV Video Music Awards! She Will Also Be Making A VMA announcement during live 'MTV First' Special on Thursday at 7:49pm ET. The 2011 VMAs will air from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles live on Sunday, August 28, at 9 p.m. ET.
