In case you missed it, Miley Cyrus celebrated her 18th birthday with a BONG...and what's in the bong is what's causing an up-roar! Sources say she was not smoking marijuana.The video below was shot during a party at Miley's L.A. area home 5 days after her 18th birthday.

According to a source connected with Miley ... the smoke filling the bong is a natural herb called salvia which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California.
As for the video ... the source tells us (and as you can tell) it was shot by one of Miley's friends -- and the theory is someone stole or copied the video from that friend's camera.

Nicki Minaj Celebrates Her B-Day In Vegas w/ Cassie, Amber Rose, Lil Wayne & More (PHOTOS)
Having seen her hard work pay off in a big way over the past 365 days, Nicki Minaj celebrated her 26th birthday at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on Thursday night (December 9).
Nicki seems super excited tweeting during her party,
"Wait till you see this cake"
Nicki was joined by gal pals Cassie and Amber Rose for the fun-filled fete held at the swanky hotel's Tao Nightclub.
Weezy was in the building!
And also side by side her We love Nicki and even if that is her man, we are just glad she has someone who can hold her down during all of this.
As for her career, Nicki's recently released debut album "Pink Friday" earned the #2 spot on the Billboard albums chart after selling a little more than 375,000 copies in its first week of release.
According to MTV, Miss Minaj is now readying to produce the video for Friday's "Moment 4 Life," which features Young Money labelmate Drake.
Of the plans, Young Money president Mack Maine told MTV News,
"She's shooting hopefully on December 20. We're still trying to work out the date for the next video with [Nicki] and Drake for the 'Moment 4 Life' video. That's the next project."

Beyonce loves her man Jay-Z and showed him just how much by buying her husband a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport for his 41st birthday.
If your not familiar, a Bugatti is one of the world’s fastest and most expensive cars and the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport has a top speed of 253 mph and goes 0-60 in 2.7 seconds. The cost? ...a cool $2 million!
Jay-Z was reportedly thrilled with his birthday gift. A source close to the rapper said he has “one of the most enviable collections of bling motors in the world – but even for him the Bugatti is special.”

Diddy Celebrates 3-Day Lavish 12th Birthday Party For Son In Vegas!
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:You know Diddy can't just throw any regular birthday party, so he went all out with a 3-day celebration for his son Christian, in none only then Las Vegas!
The three-day affair started off in style as the excited tween pulled up to The Palazzo in a black tour bus on Thursday.
Of course the whole Diddy clan was there, Christian and Diddy were joined by mom Kim Porter, brothers Justin, 16, and Quincy, 18, and a handful of friends including Tyson Beckford’s son Jordan and Faith Evans‘ son Josh.
Dining on a kid-friendly menu like pizza and shrimp scampi, the evening was not complete before a round of Shirley Temples were ordered for the younger crowd...how cute.. By the way, I love those!And check out this cake, with all of Christian’s favorites including the Hollywood sign, a basketball net, and even an iPod.
