Twitter went in a frenzy today as rumors circulated of their break up...things got so bad that Will & Jada released this statement....



Just days after we reported on Will Smith & Jada Pinkett Smith's not-so-secret swinger relationship....someone spread the rumor that they are breaking up.



The rumor spread so fast via Twitter that Trey Smith, Will's son from his previous marriage, jumped on twitter and wrote....

"Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE ..NOT TRUE AT ALL !! RETWEET."

Will & Jada ended up having to release this joint statement... SHOOTING DOWN a report that they have separated.

The statement reads, "Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false."

"We are still together, and our marriage is intact."

Sources are saying Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith ARE having significant problems in their marriage, but they have NOT made a decision to separate ... at least not yet -- this according to sources connected with the couple.

“In the past, Kim was friendly to Reggie but now she’s stopped responding.”

As recent as Aug. 4, Kim got a call from a friend relaying a message from Reggie–while she was at Vera Wang’s NYC studio for a dress fitting!

“It was a friend telling Kim that her ex Reggie Bush needed to talk to her,”

reveals a source close to Kim about the call.

“He was begging her to call off the wedding — and give him another chance.”

Reggie’s been texting Kim using a special nickname they’ve always kept as a secret between the two of them.

“She used to love that nickname,”

“but now that he’s using it when she’s about to get married to someone else, it’s just annoying to her.”

The pal adds,

“She was burned by the end of their relationship, and she’s truly moved on.”

After 7 years of marriage and two babies, J-Lo can now call Marc Anthony...husband #3.

The couple just released a statement, claiming,

"We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters."

This will be Jennifer's THIRD divorce -- she was first married in 1997 to Ojani Noa, and again in 2001 to her backup dancer Cris Judd. She almost married Ben Affleck back in 2003 but called it off days before. This will be Marc's second divorce.

Yesterday we reported that Nicki Minaj was attacked by a male "friend" who we thought may have been her assitant/bff/bf Safaree aka Scaff Beezy. But both Safaree and Nicki denied those reports. now the police reports have surfaced and now the truth is out.

TMZ has obtained the police report describing the hotel altercation between Nicki Minaj and a man, in which she claimed he struck her in the face with a suitcase ... and Dallas cops tell us the alleged attacker is Nicki's assistant Safaree Samuels.

TMZ broke the story ... Nicki and Safaree were arguing at a hotel pool in Dallas Monday night and took it upstairs to the room.

According to the police report, Nicki followed Safaree up to the room they were sharing, to make sure he didn't take any of her stuff. Nicki was in the room looking into her suitcase, which had some of Safaree's belongings, when she says he

"grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across [Nicki's] chin and lower lip."

The police report goes on:

"[Nicki's] teeth struck the inside of her lower lip, causing the inside of the lower lip to cut and start to bleed."

According to the report, a paramedic arrived on scene, but Nicki decided she didn't want to press charges so the case was closed.

Was this just a "normal" fight between two people? Or did the media blow this out of proportion?

Nicki says,

The media could pee on ur leg & tell u its raining. You'd believe it. You'd believe u were an adopted martian if TMZ told u so.

What we will say is....for some reason there has been a lot of drama brought up between Nicki and Safaree lately. Safaree, as her assistant and friend, is her support system......the industry is known for breaking people up and taking the people you love away from you. Some people may not like that he is always around and will try to orchestrate drama. I hope that is not what is going on here. Either way -- we never hope bad on anyone and hope this drama leaves Nicki asap!

Nicki Minaj yelled to employee's at her hotel last night to call the police as she was being attacked by one of her MALE friends!

Reports say that Nicki Minaj told authorities she was "struck" in the lower lip by a man ... during a heated argument at a swanky Dallas, TX hotel last night.

Nicki was hanging out at the pool at the fancy Palomar Hotel when she got into a very intense verbal spat with an unidentified man she was staying with.

Nicki told a hotel employee to call police ... while the man went to their hotel room. Nicki followed soon after.

When cops and paramedics arrived, Nicki told authorities their poolside fight continued inside of their room ... and the man hit her in her lower lip.

The man had already left the scene when cops arrived ... but Nicki insisted she did NOT want to press charges. Nicki also claimed she was NOT in a relationship with the alleged attacker. Hmm... does that leave out the guy that everyone THINKS is Nicki's boyfriend, Scaff Beezy?

Scaff got on Twitter last night and wrote,

Poolside thanking god to be alive... AHHHHHHHHHHH....

So he WAS there with her by the hotel pool...but was he the man who "struck" Nicki?

Once the report of the attack surfaced, Scaff jumped on Twitter and downplayed any allegations that he was the attacker,

The general public are some stupid muthafuckas!!!! Y'all dicks believe anything on a website.... It's really a shame... Wut up tho Dallas?!!

Cops say an incident report was taken ... but no charges will be filed per Nicki's request.

Calls to Nicki's rep have not been returned yet.

TMZ broke the story....and they claim they spoke to the police who arrived at the scene. Who's lying here?

Beyonce's Dad Stole Money From Her?!

Beyonce's dad says he was forced out of managing his daughter and now her new management is claiming he stole from his own daughter!

Beyoncé's father wants to depose Live Nation to find out if the concert promotion giant orchestrated allegations that he stole from his superstar daughter and if she earned a payday for dumping him as her manager.

As previously reported, Bey fired her dad manager Mathew Knowles on May 13. A petition was filed on Monday in Harris County District Court.

Beyonce's dad alleges that he was forced out of managing his daughter's affairs by a company that wanted to run her lucrative world tour. He is asking a judge for permission to question Live Nation officials about their business relationships with Beyoncé and her husband, rap mogul Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter, among others.

Matthew especially wants to know who told his daughter that he took money he wasn't entitled to and if Live Nation had a role in his termination. That information, the petition said, will help him investigate potential grounds for a lawsuit.

Before Matthew's termination in May, Live Nation only possessed the rights to Beyoncé's 2011 North American tour, the petition said.

"Upon information and belief, after failing to secure the rights to Beyoncé's world tour, Live Nation agents or representatives made statements to Beyoncé, alleging that (Knowles) had stolen money from Beyoncé on her most recent tour or otherwise taken funds,"

says the document.

Whether or not Matthew's allegations are true.....we've seen this time and time again...talent being pulled away from their family or people in their lives so their NEW management can have all control.

New parents David and Victoria Beckham have named their first daughter Harper Seven.

The former Spice Girls star is a mom again after undergoing a scheduled Caesarean section in Los Angeles on Sunday. David has since taken to his Facebook.com page to announce the name he and his singer wife have picked for their little girl.

He writes,

"I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister."

The baby's middle name is believed to reference her soccer star dad's jersey number when he played for Manchester United and England, as well as the hour and month of her birth, and her weight.

Little Harper has three big brothers - Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight, and six-year-old Cruz.

Kris Humphries slid a $2 million engagement ring on Kim Kardashian's finger in May, and the reality star's been hard at work planning their big day since. There aren't many confirmed
details about their wedding, which will cost a reported $20 million, but there is a lot of buzz and speculation about the details.

The Date: No one's spilling the beans about the wedding date just yet. But, we do know that their special day is already set. Kathy Lee Gifford revealed that she's been "told a particular date," but she's sworn to secrecy. Rumor has it the wedding could go down as early as August!

Initially, word spread that Kim and Kris would say "I do" on October 31 (Halloween), since that was the date listed on their lavish wedding registry. But, sources say that's not the case -- the date was just a big joke to throw everyone off. It worked.

The TV Special: It comes as no big surprise that the reality star would turn the happiest day of her life into a 2-hour TV special. The rest of her life's on the tube, so why not? A source said Kim isn't in it for the loads of cash she'll make, instead "Kim really wants her fans to celebrate with her on the most important day of her life." Aw! Khloe's 2009 TV wedding drew in 3 million viewers, and we're betting Kim's will bring in even more.

The Dress: Kim K's the kind of gal who wears her Louboutins and a Birkin Bag to the grocery store, so we know her wedding gown will be one for the ages. Of course, when Kim browsed through gowns at the Vera Wang store in NYC a couple of weeks ago, Vera was the one who assisted her -- and then the chummy gals did lunch. Kim knows all the right people and clearly has every connection she'd ever hope for, so we're sure she'll get her dream gown. (And showcase her killer curves.)

Khloe Kardashian had this to say about Vera Wang potentially designing her sister's gown:

"She did mine, so I hope she does. Just because I love her, and I feel like when you think of weddings, you think of Vera Wang. I think it would be a perfect fit."

The Wedding Party: Khloe confirmed that she and sister Kourtney will serve as joint Maids of Honor, though that title's technically incorrect.

"Someone told me I'm married so I'm a Matron of Honor but I hate Matron,

she said.

"That's so old and not sexy."

On the groom's side, we already have strong clues that Kim's bro Rob, Kourtney's baby daddy Scott Disick, and Khloe's hubby Lamar Odom will be in the wedding. The dudes were spotted at a tux shop the same day Kim was out registering for expensive presents.

Stepdad Bruce Jenner will reportedly walk Kim down the aisle, in honor of her late father, Robert Kardashian. Mom Kris will probably be in the front row, sobbing.

The Decor and Food: Kim's allegedly already picked her wedding colors: silver, cream, white, and black. Classy, flashy, and fancy -- of course! Insiders predict she'll go with stunning white roses from South Africa to decorate the venue, and white doves will be released at the ceremony -- just like Khloe had.

The wedding menu: will reportedly incorporate Armenian dishes. We're guessing some celebrity chef will have their hands full with this one.

The Price Tag: Get this, the wedding will supposedly run a whopping $20 million! That's an unbelievable figure, but only a third of what Will and Kate's royal wedding cost earlier this year. Kim is reality TV royalty, so that counts for something, right? Even Khloe agrees. She said:

"And I joke and I say it will be like the Royal Wedding because she is just like that."

Registry: What do guests buy for the couple who has everything? Well, they're asking for items such as a Baccarat Cosmos extra large vase for the low, low price of $7,500, a $375 candy jar, crystal bar bowls for $140 each, Havana ashtrays for $840 each, a $635 ice bucket, and more. They registered at high-end store Gearys in Beverly Hills in June.

The Venue: Rumor has is it Kim will again take a page out of sister Khloe's wedding book and get hitched at a beautiful private estate in Los Angeles. It's tough to have a destination wedding when you expect celebrities to show up, and we're guessing Kim vetoed getting married in Kris' hometown in Minnesota -- even though she says she loves it there.


The Wedding Bands: Kim and Kris are apparently pouring over the bible in order to find passages to engrave on their wedding bands. Sources say they'll pick out verses for each other and they want something "with meaning." Kim already has two bible passages etched into her 16.5-carat engagement ring.

The Guest List: The Kardashian family alone will take up a chunk of the guest list -- then there are all the extended family, pals, and celebrities! Famous friends who have supposedly merited an invite include: Paris Hilton, Jennifer Lopez, Fergie, Nicole Richie, Snooki (!), Kelly Osbourne, and more. We hear Kim's planning on having upwards of 1,000 people at her big day.


The Transportation: You better believe Kim's showing up to her big day in style. Reports say there will be an entire fleet of Rolls Royce Phantoms and Maybachs to shuttle her and VIP guests around. She apparently struck a deal with Platinum Motorsports in LA, and they'll provide enough sweet rides for all of Kim and Kris' families. The cars will all be white, and they'll each come with a chauffeur. Duh.

Alicia and Swizz welcomed Egypt Daoud Dean on October 14. The newlywed couple's first child together was born at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York. Since then, Alicia has been gushing about her new role as mom via Twitter, but has kept Egypt away from the shutterbugs, until now.

Everyone is talking about new photos that were just leaked, very graphic nude flicks of the former-stripper-turned-model, Amber Rose......... and sources claim they were sent to Nicki Minaj's boyfriend Safaree late last year.



First of all, Nicki Minaj's "boyfriend" they are referring to..... is actually SB her best friend/ assistant. We been telling you this for a while now that the two have been linked as a couple. But they have always denied the rumors, and hey...if it's true, good for her....if not, she still got her bff and a great support system.



...........or doesn't she?



Because word is, Nicki Minaj caught Amber and her "support system" Safaree getting close in Vegas during Nicki's birthday weekend back in December ... and later, stumbled on the photos.



The source allegedly said the two met

"at Nicki's birthday in Vegas on [December 9th] weekend, Nicki caught her boyfriend Safaree in Amber's room ... she knew something was going on."

And,

"later to find out by going into Safaree's phone, [Nicki learned] that Amber was sending Safaree naked pictures of herself via bbm."

According to the rumor, Nicki and Safaree broke up over the incident, but he later convinced her he didn't do anything .. and that Rose was just trying to get with him. According to the source, Nicki now hates Amber.



Amber, herself, took to Twitter to debuke the reports, claiming those pictures were not sent to "anyone's boyfriend" and called the rumor "fake."

"Yall been doing this to me for 3 years now it shld be illegal to write fake stories about ppl the media never wants to see anyone happy,"

she tweeted.

"These blogs do nothing but try to ruin ppls lives I DID NOT send pics to anyones boyfriend pls stop with the lies. Its so ridiculous. smh"

These two have been seen kissing all around the world lately and this time they hit up Toronto, Canada to get cozy with Justin's fam!

Justin proudly introduced Selena to his father and siblings during an outing to a park, and according to onlookers, they looked to be getting along quite well.

"The little kids took to Selena straight away and they were all laughing and joking around. They couldn't have been happier,"

said a source.

Earlier in the week, Selena and Justin were seen with Selena’s family at Pappasito’s Cantina in Arlington, Texas.

Their server told press,

“Justin and Selena were with a group of about 18 people at Pappasito’s Sunday night. It was a family outing. Selena’s mom and step-dad were there, along with her cousins and friends — and Justin’s manager, who paid the bill. Everyone seemed to be having a great time.”\
