Dr. Conrad Murray Keeps His Medical License In Nevada!

Conrad Murray just cashed in on some Vegas luck -- because he can keep practicing medicine in Nevada.

Sources at the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners say,

"Nevada law does not currently allow us to swipe his license just because a judge ruled on it."

As we previously reported -- Murray's California medical license was recently suspended as a condition of bail in his manslaughter case.

The Texas Medical Board has yet to decide what to do with the Doc's license.

MJ's Family Lashes Out At Dr. Conrad Murray: "He Killed Him!"

In case you missed it: Michael Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray was charged at the Los Angeles County Courthouse on Monday with involuntary manslaughter after the MJ’s death last June due to a lethal combination of prescription drugs.

The judge presiding over the new celebrity courtroom drama is Keith L. Schwartz. During the hearing, Schwartz stated that Murray acted “without due caution and circumspection” and “did unlawfully and without malice, kill, Michael Joseph Jackson.”

As Doctor Conrad Murray approached the courthouse, legions of Jackson fans were there screaming “murderer” as he made his way up the courthouse steps.

Michael Jackson's family issued a series of statements decrying the doctor's not-guilty plea to the charge of involuntary manslaughter.

"He's lying. He's guilty. Nobody was there but him," Jackson's mother, Katherine, told the assembled media while leaving court. "He's just trying to save his own behind. ... He killed him. He wasn't monitoring him."

Murray, who faces up to four years in prison if convicted, didn't make a statement following his court appearance, during which he did not interact with the Jackson family members, according to reports. The Houston-based doctor is expected to leave Los Angeles after posting $75,000 bail.

"Dr. Murray is doing fine. ... He's in good spirits," attorney Edward Chernoff said during a press conference after the hearing.

As one expert suggested in an interview with MTV News, it could be hard to find an impartial jury in Los Angeles, a reality Chernoff said he was ready to deal with. "It's going to be tough, but I think if we get the right jury, the right result will come in," he said. "This has been a nightmare for [Murray] for many different reasons, and one of the reasons is that he lost a friend."

I really hope Michael gets the justice he deserves.

I personally think 4 years and keeping his license is too lenient...honestly. Dr. Murray knew he was doing something wrong administering these drugs in the 1st place. He took the risk, and it seems because of this "risk" he could have killed Michael Jackson by not reporting that he wasn't breathing. When someone is not breathing you call an ambulance, and in this case if your tactics are not working, ESPECIALLY AFTER AN HR, Murray could have or actually did hold back MJ from being saved! You feel me? I'm STILL really sad about the whole situation.

MJ's Doctor To Get A Maximum Of Four Years!?...

MICHAEL JACKSON's personal doctor, will finally be charged in JACKSON' s death on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 8th, reports PEOPLE MAGAZINE. Unconfirmed reports have MURRAY being charged with involuntary manslaughter, which carries a maximum penalty of four years in prison.

Sources told PEOPLE that the reason for the delay in formal charges was due to infighting between the police and prosecutors. The LAPD wants MURRAY to be brought to a courthouse in handcuffs; prosecutors don't believe that's necessary, as MURRAY has no criminal record.

The news comes as MURRAY and his frustrated legal team planned to surrender at a LOS ANGELES courthouse. "We know he's going to be charged with involuntary manslaughter and we are ready with a counterargument," MIRANDA SEVCIK, spokeswoman for MURRAY's legal team, said. "He's not guilty -- that's our argument."

......4 years? smh

Micheal Jackson's Dr. Conrad Murray To Start New Reality Show???!!!???

Only in Hollywood, could a doctor who's being investigated in the death of Michael Jackson score a gig to star in a international TV special. (wow!!!)

TMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray struck a deal with a British documentary crew to shoot footage of the Doc during his first day back on the job in Houston on November 23, 2009. We're told the footage was shot for an upcoming one-episode TV special.

A spokesman for Dr. Murray tells us the production company was "interested in the reaction of patients to his return." We're told the crew followed Murray around for the entire day, as he rolled by his office and his church.

The spokesman tells us Dr. Murray hasn't received a dime for his work -- yet ... but he will get paid an unspecified amount once the special airs.

One problem -- Dr. Murray is refusing to allow the company to air the project until the Michael Jackson investigation is complete. The spokesman tells us the wait could last "a couple of years."

And just to be safe, Murray's camp claims they're holding all of the footage.

The spokesman adds, "Dr. Murray is currently working 12 hour days ... to pay off his [child support] debt."

WOW smh...

Kardashian Dad Leaves Family Empty Handed?

I just heard through the grapevine that rumor has it, Kim Kardashian and family's deceased father, Robert Kardashian, left his movie tone company to his new wife (not their mother Kris--who previously signed all her rights away before he died)

So if the new wife had all that control over assets, that means they had to split insurance money several ways.

Ouch!

Michael Jackson's Doctor is MISSING--is he LINKED to his DEATH?

UPDATE: Police interviewed Murray Thursday night, but have not been able to reach him since then.

_______________________________________________

Michael Jackson's doctor is reportedly been sought after by police today (June 26) and is being linked to having a possible role in the iconic singer's untimely passing.

Sources say....Dr. Conrad Robert Murray, a cardiologist licensed to practice medicine in Texas, was living with Michael Jackson at his rented Holmby Hills mansion. It is being said that Murray attempted to revive Michael until paramedics showed up at the scene.

Michael Jackson had physician's visiting him at his rented Holmby Hills home every day. We've learned law enforcement is looking for that doctor who lived at his home -- and the doctor is nowhere to be found. Law enforcement sources tell us a BMW belonging to the doctor was towed from Jackson's home last night. A Texas TV station reports the car that was towed from Michael's house last night was registered to Murray's sister. Lay enforcement says the doctor gave Jackson an injection before he died.

Police are interested in speaking to the doctor to gather information about Michael's last moments and what led to his death.

Jackson's former attorney Brian Oxman said he expressed his concerns about Michael being overmedicated, but his concerns went unheard.

"He had overmedication and it was a serious problem. I had warned that this was a problem. I talked to the family about it. I warned them that Michael was overmedicated and that I didn't want to see this case develop like it had with Anna Nicole Smith, and if that happens to Michael, it'll break our hearts, and now its here."

"I do not want to point fingers at anyone because I want to hear what the toxicology report says and the coroner says but the plain fact of the matter is that Michael Jackson had prescription drugs at his disposal at all times," he added.

The Los Angeles County coroner has started the autopsy on Michael Jackson. The doctor performing the autopsy, Dr. Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran, was a star witness in the O.J. Simpson case. Officials are trying to clear up the facts surrounding the King of Pop's sudden death, which seemed to be due to cardiac arrest. One big question is whether prescription drugs could be a factor.
