She was spotted Monday outside the courthouse as Wayne turned himself in showing her admiration for Weezy with a tattoo.

Chris Brown To Kick Off Tour!

Despite his legal obligations, singer Chris Brown will be adding another gig to his plate when he kicks off a nationwide tour. CB took to his Twitter page to make the announcement. "'Bout to star a small tour soon," he wrote. "15 to 20 dates. My Fan Appreciation Tour. Just for ya'll. Nothing bigger than 4,000 seaters."
