Lots of people are outraged after hearing this derogatory racial comment. Will an apology even suffice?

Rapper 50 cent gave his 2 cents, as to why Republican congressman Doug Lamborn should be fired!

“Republican congressman Doug Lamborn should be relieved of his duties after calling president Obama a tar baby. Tar baby is a synonym for n*gger, except it is only used in bigoted manners, were as n*gga can be a sign of respect. The term comes from a children’s story in witch they explain that slaves were”dark and dumb”due to the fact they were” baptized in TAR” #SK. I can’t find a more disrespectful or ignorant way to describe the race or depiction of our president”

In Wikipedia "Tar Baby" is described as:

'In modern usage according to Random House, "tar baby" refers to any "sticky situation" that is only aggravated by additional contact."

But most say, when you are refering to an actual person as a "tar baby" it is a very derogatory racial term.

When you have NBA ball players and Celebrities getting fined for saying gay slurs then should congressman get fined and/ or fired for racial slurs....against our President?

We have a new feature here on TOTT from Lady T's radio show on Power 95.3 in Orlando and it's called "Tweet Of The Week!" Lil Wayne scored that title this week with this:

This all stems from a story that came out this week of a women claiming Lil Wayne said a prejudice stuff to her.

In the song "Right Above It" with Drake Lil Wayne says this line,

“Beautiful black woman, I bet that b*tch look better red”

Meaning "redbone" or light skinned girls.

Destiny, who describes herself as dark-skinned, says that derogatory statements made during a recent encounter with Wayne and his Young Money lackeys left her determined never to support the rapper again.

We met up with Mack Maine from Young Money, he then took us to a hotel a couple of other girls were there and so was Lil Wayne, Guda Guda, Lil Chuckee, and Birdman. When we entered the room Guda was like “Damn, y’all pretty, to be dark skin.” And then Wayne quoted a verse from his song ["Right Above"]. I heard the song before and I was offended when I heard the lyrics, but I brushed my feelings off and forgot about what the gremlin said. But him saying it over again made me angry as hell. So me being the outspoken person that I am, I said, “Wayne, your daughter is dark skin so why would you say such ignorance?” He said ‘My daughter is a dark skinned millionaire, that’s the difference between her and you. MY daughter is the first and last dark skin child I’m having. The rest of my baby moms [are] light skinned chicks. I even got an Asian baby moms to make sure I have a daughter with good hair. Too bad we had a son.” Everybody started laughing and [we] stormed out of the room. Some guys followed us saying “Not everybody hate dark skinned girls. Young Money just allergic to Chocolate.”

T.I.'s Sexy Clothing Line Billboard Taken Down In NJ! Check it out...Is it degrading in your opinion?

In Newark, New Jersey, a racy billboard showing a kneeling woman pulling down a man’s designer jeans will be removed from one of Newark’s busiest intersections, a company spokeswoman said today.

The ad for AKOO, a clothing company owned by the rapper T.I., has been turning heads at the corner of Market and Washington streets. The billboard shows a kneeling woman looking at the camera as her head rests against his unbuckled jeans.

Tonight, CBS Outdoor, the New York billboard company, issued a statement to the Associated Press saying the ad would be taken down soon in response to complaints from Newark residents. No exact date for the removal was given.

The decision to take down the billboard comes after a column by Barry Carter in The Sunday Star-Ledger and posted on NJ.com raised questions about why the advertisers chose Newark for the suggestive display:

"Only one thought comes to mind when looking at the new billboard towering above downtown Newark.

Okay, two.

Is the young, seductive woman about to have oral sex with the young man 30 feet above a major intersection of the state’s largest city? Or have they just finished?"

Residents complained the billboard, which towers over one of Newark’s busiest streets and is lit by spotlights at night, is too sexually explicit for the center of the city’s business district. Newark officials said it was another example of outsiders coming in and degrading the city without consequences. Others said the image of a black woman in a racy pose was insulting to the city’s largely African-American population.

Before CBS Outdoor’s announcement last night, Newark Mayor Cory Booker was considering ways to force the company to remove the advertisement.

"The mayor had requested the (city’s) Office of Corporation Counsel to review the options of having the billboard removed,"

said Esmeralda Cameron, Booker’s spokeswoman.

Last week, CBS Outdoor officials said they did not think there was a problem with the advertisement, which was within the company’s rules for decency. But the company reversed its decision after other media outlets picked up the story and complaints about the billboard increased.

AKOO, the clothing company, did not respond to requests for comments. T.I., the Atlanta-based rapper and actor behind the clothing line, was recently released from prison after pleading guilty to federal weapons charges. His clothing line is distributed by Rp55 in Virginia Beach, Va.

Newark residents walking by the billboard had mixed feelings about its removal.

"It’s somewhat suggestive but that’s not bad compared to what they show in New York City where they are basically nude,"

said Jose Anapoleon, 24.

Freddie Minter, 14, said the billboard was inappropriate, especially considering the number of schools within blocks of the billboard.

"Parents and little kids walk around here and they really don’t need to see that,"

he said.

Devielle Allen, 20, said the mayor, the media and the billboard company were making a controversy out of nothing.

"Tell them they got to get their heads out of the gutter, All it does is make you look at the jeans."

John Mayer Racist? Also calls Jessica Simpson a "Sexual Napalm"

John Mayor did a long interview with Playboy, he really went all out! Yes, he still spends half the time talking about how much he enjoys masturbation, but near the end he goes into how crazy Jessica Simpson was in bed...

"Yeah, that girl is like crack cocaine to me. Sexually it was crazy. That's all I'll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm." But of course that's not all he'll say. He continues:

"There are people in the world who have the power to change our values. Have you ever been with a girl who made you want to quit the rest of your life? Did you ever say, 'I want to quit my life and just f--kin' snort you? If you charged me $10,000 to f--k you, I would start selling all my s--t just to keep f--king you."

Keeping it extra classy, he also talks about Jennifer Aniston in the middle of his Jessica Simpson crazy crack sex story. When asked if he still loves The Bounty Hunter actress, who has been busy sipping margaritas to save Mexico's economy, he answers, "Yes, always. I'll always be sorry that it didn't last. In some ways I wish I could be with her. But I can't change the fact that I need to be 32."

FYI, being 32 means "I don't want to pet dogs in the kitchen." And also tweeting, which Jen just didn't get.
