Ryan Dunn From MTV's Jackass, Dies In Car Crash After Spending 3 Hours Drinking Alcohol

Earlier Monday morning, Ryan Dunn from the cast of MTV Jackass died in a horrific car crash.

Reports say he was driving his Porsche -- when he lost control, veered off the road, and crashed in a wooded area in Pennsylvania ... killing Dunn and an unidentified passenger.

When officers arrived to the scene, the car was engulfed in flames. The charred remains of the vehicle were eventually towed away.


Cops are investigating the cause of the accident -- but officials believe speed and alcohol may have been a factor.

One of the friends says Dunn had 3 Miller Lites and 3 "girly shots" between 10:30 PM and 2:10 AM -- nearly a 4 hour span -- but he was "not too drunk to drive."

But according to another person who was inside the bar that night, Dunn was "wasted" -- and "had a lot to drink."



The Chester County Coroner is currently conducting an autopsy on Ryan Dunn ... to determine, among other things, if alcohol played a role in the "Jackass" star's death.

In addition, TMZ reports, the coroner is performing an autopsy on Ryan's unidentified passenger -- who was also killed in the fatal car crash this morning.

Friends claim Ryan had upwards of six drinks before getting behind the wheel ... and driving off a Pennsylvania highway.

So far, no word on when toxicology results will be released.

But if this could teach a lesson to any of us, it's to please don't drink and drive....

(They had a hard time last year on such short circumstances, so hopefully they can pull it off this year!)

TV Guide Network: Gone Too Soon (Friday, June 25, 9-11:00 p.m.) Ian Halperin, New York Times’ No. 1 bestselling author of Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael Jackson, spent five years researching Jackson and declared in December 2008 that the King of Pop had only six months to live. He was only off by one day. Halperin directs this documentary about the factors that he believes contributed to Jackson’s untimely death.

CBS: The Early Show (Friday, June 25, 7-9:00 a.m.) The entire 8 a.m. hour, billed as “The King of Pop: One Year Later,” will see Harry Smith, Maggie Rodriguez, Julie Chen & Co. hosting a special tribute performance by James Morrison in London. Also on hand will be guests Christina Aguilera, Marc Anthony, and Smokey Robinson, who will share what Michael Jackson’s music has meant to them.

Animal Planet: Michael Jackson and Bubbles: The Untold Story (Thursday, June 24, 8-9:00 p.m., 11 p.m.-12:00 a.m.) For those who’ve absolutely exhausted all other aspects of Jackson’s life and career, this one-hour special, about MJ’s primate compadre, was probably inevitable, right?

CNN: Michael Jackson—The Final Days (Friday, June 25, 8-9 p.m.) CNN’s Don Lemon talks with Jermaine and Tito Jackson about their brother’s death and drug abuse. Also on hand is Jackson crony Dr. Deepak Chopra and famed choreographer Travis Payne, who shares details about working with Michael Jackson on preparations for his “This is It!” tour.

FUSE: Michael Jackson: The Inside Story (Friday, June 25, 8-9:30 p.m.) The bigger the celebrity, the more outlandish the conspiracy theories surrounding his or her death. This new doc examines claims (including those from Joe and La Toya Jackson) that Michael was murdered.

Remember Aaliyah As She Turns 31 Today... [Megan Good To Play Aaliyah In Movie]

Sometimes, when you see Beyonce, hear Alicia Keys, or notice some new pop-soul singer on the radio, TV or the Web, Aaliyah may have been on that list, but was just gone way too soon.

Today, Jan. 16, would have been her 31st birthday.

Born in Brooklyn, and raised in Detroit, Aaliyah Dana Haughton was one of the most innovative hip-hop soul singers of the last decade. She released her debut album, “Age Ain’t Nothing but a Number” (1994), at the age of 14. Her follow-ups, “One in a Million” (1996), and “Aaliyah” (2001), were both influential and best-selling, fracturing the sound of traditional R&B.

While other soul stars belted out songs and looked to raise the roof, Aaliyah stayed in the groove, working with collaborators R. Kelly (who she reportedly had a relationship with) , Timbaland, and Missy Elliott, to create beat-driven music with unusual but gripping rhythms, subtle vocals, and dangerously glamorous videos. She cut a mysterious figure in an overexposed field, keeping her private life private, and sweeping her dark hair over one eye like Veronica Lake.

Reports surfaced that he married the then-teenaged Aaliyah; Kelly and Aaliyah annulled their marriage.

Soon after the release of her third, self-titled album, however, and just as she was securing a side career as a movie actress, Aaliyah’s career was cut short in a plane crash in 2001. She was 22 years old.

The story is Aaliyah was out filming a music video - she wanted to leave the island early but the only plane available was a smaller propeller plane - which they told her would not be able to accomodate her entire crew plus luggage. They went ahead and did it anyway and the plane crashed and she died. Very sad.....



On August 25, 2001, Aaliyah and eight others were killed in an airplane crash in The Bahamas after filming the music video for the single "Rock the Boat". The pilot, Luis Morales III, was unlicensed at the time of the accident and had traces of cocaine and alcohol in his system. Aaliyah's family later filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Blackhawk International Airways, which was settled out of court. Since then, Aaliyah has achieved commercial success with several posthumous releases. Selling over 24 million records worldwide, she has been credited for helping redefine R&B and hip hop and has been named the "Princess of R&B".



Actress Meagan Good recently graced the cover of Krave magazine. Meagan covers topics from roles that are available to African-American females in Hollywood to what a perfect role for her would look like. Meagan Good recently spoke about playing deceased singer Aaliyah in a movie, but for the rest of you:

“I would really like to do Aaliyah’s life story. I was and am a huge fan of hers and think in a way she was our princess Diana. She was very classy, beautiful and carried herself wish such respect for a young age. It would be a great story for young girls and a great example of believing in and respecting yourself. Another woman’s character I would like to play is Whitney Houston. I have so much respect for, for what she accomplished, what’s she’s been through and what she’s come out of. Creatively I think it would be amazing to go emotionally where she’s been and bring it to life."

Casey Johnson's Celeb Friends Nicky Hilton & Tila Tequila Fight and Call Police! [VIDEO]

E! Reports that there's a battle brewing among Johnson & Johnson Heiress, Casey Johnson's closest friends.

Tila Tequila, aka the late heiress's nominal fiancée, called police to her Los Angeles home today after longtime Johnson pals Nicky Hilton and Bijou Phillips showed up there to retrieve Johnson's dogs and some belongings on behalf of her family.

But when Tequila refused, things got ugly.

Two LAPD squad cars arrived at the home after a call was placed around 2 p.m., according to department spokeswoman Officer Rosario Herrera. Herrera says there was a "verbal dispute."

The officers quickly became referees and restored order. Tequila wheeled out a rack of clothing that included fur coats and a Christmas blanket. Both little dogs, who had been locked in a bedroom, were also handed over, as were some bathroom products and packages of insulin.


After the exchange, Tequila told the press, "They don't care about the dogs. They are putting them to sleep to bury with Casey." When asked if they were going to put down the animals, Phillips simply said, "No."

Hilton first tried to get the dogs back last night but was turned away by Tequila, who has apparently been caring for the pups since Johnson died Monday.


Some may say Casey's family and possibly the public are being harsh on Tila and blaming her for Casey's sudden death. Tila's timeline on Twitter showed the world that just days before Casey's death she had been partying so much....

"Wow I'm still hurting from NYE...haven't slept for like 3 days! I just fell over the dinner table earlier..."

Then, just hours later, Casey's passing was announced. But was Casey partying w/ her new fiance?

Tila got on Twitter after the fight happened w/ Nicky Hilton and spoke to her Twitter followers...telling them she was the only one who really cared for Casey.

Heiress & Fiance to Tila Tequila, Casey Johnson Dies at Age 30 [FOUND AFTER DAYS!]

UPDATES: There are reports that Casey Johnson previously fell into a diabetic coma twice and had to be hospitalized, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told Johnson had a history of diabetes and insulin syringes were found in her home after she died.

Johnson was taken at least once to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. We do not know specific dates of hospitalization, but we're told at least one incident occurred in the last year.

Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson, who had recently announced her engagement to reality star Tila Tequila, has died at age 30.

A law enforcement source tells TMZ it appears Johnson had been dead for several days before her body was discovered. The LAPD has opened a death investigation.

Earlier today, Los Angeles police confirmed that it appears to be a natural death and there is no evidence of foul play. Before that, her death was announced by Tequila on her Twitter page.

Police Officer Sara Faden said, “Earlier today at about 11:51 this morning, our Wilshire area patrol officers responded to an ambulance death investigation in the 900 block of North Orlando Avenue. The LA fire department also responded and pronounced Miss Casey Johnson dead at the scene."

The Police Officer said, " Los Angeles coroners office will conduct their own investigation, which includes a toxicology screening. There is no evidence at this time that there was any foul play.”

Tila Tequila had announced her death news to 227000 followers by tweeting on her Twitter page, "Everyone, please pray 4 my Wife Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support but I will be offline to be w/ family."

Casey Johnson was the great-great granddaughter of the founder of the pharmaceutical giant, and the daughter of New York Jets owner Robert Wood Johnson.

Recently, Casey Johnson's ex, Jasmine Lennard, accused the heiress of breaking, entering, and committing sexy crimes in her home.

She found out because Casey's "lesbian Don Juan" girlfriend Courtenay Semel noticed that Casey was wearing Jasmine's panties and recommended calling the cops.

Jasmine hit Casey in where it hurts, her money, which her mother has allegedly cut off until Casey goes to rehab:

"Her house on Mulholland Drive is a mess. The electricity is off, there are rats, the pool is green. She was supposed to be evicted and her Porsche is being repossessed."
"I had been caring for Ava for several months. Casey fired her nanny, then realized it was Nicky Hilton's birthday party and had nobody to look after her. She asked if I could have Ava for the night, then didn't come back for 10 days."

"Basically, she got bored of buying herself bags and shoes and bought herself a daughter from Kazakhstan in 2007, but was too crazy to look after her."

The Johnson clan had no official comment, though one "family source" cited "medical and psychological issues."

And if that wasn't enough for ya, in related news, Tila Tequila is rumored to be pregnant? That rumor is from Tila herself! After announcing her and Casey's engagement, Tila had a few words for her Twitter army:

"Im [sic] pregnant," she Tweeted.

"I am going to become a SURROGATE MOTHER for my brother and his Wife!!...That is my xmas present to them," she continued.

This story will most likey be developing a whole lot! What a young girl...

Just as I said with the Brittany Murphy case, her eyes do seem pretty wide eyed in the recent photos but she could just be thrilled to be engaged. I'll leave that up to you to have your own opinions.

I have already sent a personal email to Tila and would also like to send my condolences to the family of Casey Johnson. May she rest in peace.

Brittany Murphy Dies At Age 32... [Updates Included] Husband Does Not Want Autopsy.

UPDATES 11:30pm:

Brittany Murphy was very ill in the hours before she went into cardiac arrest and died, sources tell TMZ.

We're told Murphy was taking prescription meds for flu-like symptoms she had been experiencing for several days. We're told Murphy began vomiting early Sunday morning and told family members she was feeling very ill.

Sources say various prescriptions were found in the home -- written for Brittany Murphy, husband Simon Monjack, and Brittany's mom. One source says, "There were a lot ... a lot of prescriptions in the house."

Law enforcement sources tell us Brittany collapsed in the bathroom and somehow ended up in the shower ... there was, we're told, a significant amount of vomit in the immediate area.

We're also told authorities did not find illegal drugs in the house, but Brittany was definitely taking various prescription meds.

Sources say her condition and the meds could have triggered a heart attack, but it's too early to know. An autopsy will be performed Monday or Tuesday. Her husband does not want an autopsy (I wonder why) but ultimately it's the Coroner's call.

TMZ has also learned Brittany Murphy's mother, who found Murphy unconscious in the shower and called 911, told paramedics her daughter had a history of diabetes. We have not been able to confirm if Murphy did indeed have diabetes, and if so, whether it contributed to her death.



Brittany Murphy died early this morning after she went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived, multiple sources tell TMZ.

She was only 32.

A 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack, the Los Angeles City Fire Department tells TMZ.

We're told Murphy was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

Brittany Murphy starred in one of my all time favorite movies , "Clueless." She was also in many others like "8 Mile," "Don't Say a Word," "Just Married," "Uptown Girls" & more.

Brittany Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, was rushed to a hospital almost exactly one month ago, November 28th at LA, after his plane landed at LAX. And we're told Britney didn't think it was serious enough for her hubby to go to the hospital, but the fire department disagreed. Not sure if that is connected but just sounds ironic.

The story of Brittany passing is still developing but it sounds to me she might not have been living such a "healthy" lifestyle. She is way too young to be having Cardiac Arrests. =/

It really bothers me to see something like this, well 1st because I am a fan of hers for years and watch movies to see her, and 2nd she is a young women like myself. Young people take care of yourselves, as you can see we are not healthy just because we are young.....treasure life.
