Sean Kingston's Female Passenger Says He Was Driving REALLY Fast!

Sean Kingston was in a serious accident on his Jet Ski over the Memorial Weekend and his female passenger says Sean was driving "REALLY fast" when they crashed into a bridge ... and insists she begged him to slow down before the accident.

Cassandra Sanchez says she arrived to Miami Beach with another female friend to ride jet skis with Sean and his buddy on Saturday evening.

Cassandra said,
"Both jet skis pulled out of the dock at the same time and we were going so fast we just blasted past them. When we turned a corner and crashed ... they were so far behind us they didn't even see us crash."

As Sean was racing towards the bridge, she says that she screamed out,
"We can't fit under there! Are we going to try and go under there? Sean stop!"
She believes Sean tried to turn away from the bridge at the last minute ... and
lost control because they were going "REALLY fast."

The next thing Cassandra remembers is waking up in the water in pain. She says her friends on the other jet ski raced over and tried to help out ... with Sean's buddy trying to position the injured singer so he wouldn't swallow any more water. They all signaled for help until a boat came to the scene to help out.

She says,
"[Sean] was coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff"
... and when he finally opened his eyes, he kept repeating the words,

"I'm hurting. I'm hurting"

Cassandra says her ribs and her jaw are still sore -- but overall, she's OK.

As for Sean, she says
"They have a tube down his throat so he can't really talk, but he is lucid and understands what's going on."
Cassandra says doctors plan to keep Sean in the hospital for "a couple more weeks."

UPDATE:

Sean Kingston is expected to make a full recovery. He suffered a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs, according to the sources, who both asked not to be identified... since they were not authorized to speak to the media.

Cassandra Sanchez, Sean's Passenger, says she will not be pressing charges...
"I know this whole thing was just an accident. I won't be pressing any type of charges or hiring a lawyer. Sean is a good guy."
"I am going to be visiting him in the hospital at some point soon and hope he has a speedy recovery."

Sean Kingston "Stabilized" After Jet Ski Crash (UPDATES)

Singer, Sean Kingston had the town talking last night when he crashed into a bridge while riding on a Jet Ski in Miami.... landing himself in critical condition!

Since last night, Kingston has been "stabilized" and is in the trauma ward of a Miami hospital.

His publicist sent the following statement on Kingston's upgraded conditiong:
"Sean Kingston is now stabilized and has moved from the trauma unit to ICU. Sean's family thanks everyone for their prayers and support during this time."
Kingston crashed on the Jet Ski with a female passenger, but no word on her condition yet.

Kingston (real name: Kisean Anderson) was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital yesterday after he and a female passenger aboard his personal watercraft crashed into the Palm Island Bridge around 6:00 p.m. EST. A boater rescued the pair from the water, and Miami Fire Rescue crews brought the singer and passenger to the hospital.

A representative for Jackson Memorial Hospital confirmed to Billboard.com on Sunday that the 21-year-old pop star was in the Ryder Trauma Center. No details regarding his injuries have been released.

Kingston's hospitalization resulted in a outpouring of support by both his fans and peers on Twitter. The hashtag #prayforseankingston has been a top trending topic since news of the accident spread, while artists including Bieber, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown have tweeted messages for the singer.

"Got my friend @seankingston in my prayers tonight,"
wrote Bieber.
"A true friend and big bro. Please keep him in your prayers tonight as well."
Soulja Boy tweeted,
"Praying for my brother @seankingston I hope he makes a full recovery."

"Praying for my bro Sean Kingston,"
wrote Chris Brown, while Rihanna added,
"Sean we praying for you baby."

"My love and prayers are with Sean Kingston and his family,"
wrote Nicki Minaj.

UPDATE:

Alcohol was NOT a factor in the jet ski accident that left Sean Kingston in critical condition ... this according to a report released by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

The guy who heroically jumped into the water to save Sean Kingston says the singer was spitting up blood after his jet ski accident last night -- but that Sean was responsive and even spoke during the rescue.

Jonathan Rivera, a member of the Coast Guard, says he was driving his boat around Star Island on his day off ... when he was called over to the accident scene by a man and a woman on a jet ski. Rivera says he noticed an empty jet ski, a woman in the water floating (she was wearing a vest and complaining her head hurt) and Kingston.

Rivera says the two people on the jet ski were trying to hold Kingston up, but they were struggling to keep his head above water. Rivera says Kingston's size was a problem for them, as his life vest had come off.

So Rivera says he jumped in the water and noticed Kingston was "puking up blood out of his mouth."

Rivera says he wrapped his arms around Kingston and held on to the jet ski to help keep Kingston's head above water. Rivera said Kingston was
"convulsing and throwing up blood all over me"
-- but said he didn't notice any head trauma.

Rivera tells us he held onto Kingston for about 15 minutes, until a police boat finally arrived. Rivera says he doesn't think he could have held on much longer than he did.

The other passenger, a 23-year-old female, was listed as being "uninjured."
