Lol Think this is a bit much?
I've heard of being a fan but this Lil Wayne admirer takes the cake.
She was spotted Monday outside the courthouse as Wayne turned himself in showing her admiration for Weezy with a tattoo.
Is this the ultimate fan or what or is she just plain crazy?
