Lady Gaga’s ex-boyfriend / music producer Rob Fusari sued the pop superstar for over $30 million claiming that he co-wrote the hits “Paparazzi” and “Beautiful, Dirty, Rich” and that he came up with the former Stefani Germanotta’s stage name. Lady Gaga’s lawyers have responded, calling the suit “ludicrous.”
GaGa filed a countersuit saying Fusari forced her to "enter into an unlawful arrangement" which apparently entitled Fusari to a portion of her future earnings. GaGa also alleges that Fusari performed duties of a talent agent but without a license, therefore the contract should be invalidated.
"The arrangement was structured in such a way as to mask its true purpose - to provide the defendant unlawful compensation for their services as unlicensed employment agents,"says the suit.
