Rihanna To Get Sued By Trainer For Over $26,000 In Unpaid Services

Ok so the word around town is that Rihanna hasn't paid her Los Angeles trainer, Cindy Pervical, for her services, leaving him no other choice but to file a lawsuit demanding over $26,000 in unpaid wages.

According to TMZ, Pervical recently filed a lawsuit against Rihanna, claiming the bajan beauty owes her $26,144.14 in unpaid wages for services rendered between September and October 2009.

Pervical is also seeking $2,644.14 in travel expenses, claiming she traveled around Europe with Rihanna for several weeks of intense works.

Cindy's attorney, Scott Fischer said:

“She was made exclusively available to Rihanna.She essentially stopped seeing her other clients and devoted her time to being available to Rihanna whenever she wanted to be trained. Some of that involved travel.”

“There’s no explanation whatsoever.Her management got a hold of Cindy and informed her there would be no further need for her services; but, in the meantime, Cindy had submitted invoices for payment and they weren’t honoring the invoices.”??
