Lindsay Lohan To Be Charged With Felony?

Prosecutors said Tuesday they plan to charge Lindsay Lohan with felony grand theft of a $2,500 necklace reported stolen from a jewelry store last month.

District Attorney's spokeswoman Jane Robison said the charge will be filed Wednesday. She is due in court for an arraignment on Wednesday afternoon.
Lohan is due to surrender tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. at L.A.'s Airport Courthouse, Deputy D.A. John Lynch said in a statement.

If convicted, the actress could face a maximum penalty of three years in state prison.

Robison said bail would be decided by a judge. Los Angeles police said Feb. 2 that Lohan was under investigation for taking a necklace from a Venice store later identified as Kamofie and Co. Detectives obtained a search warrant to try to retrieve the item from Lohan's home, but it was turned into a police station before any search was made. Sources close to Lohan claim she thought the necklace was on loan from the store.

A phone message to Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, was not immediately returned. Holley has previously denied any wrongdoing by Lohan.

"We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not in the press,

" Holley said in a statement released Saturday.
The new case represents the most serious charges the "Mean Girls" star has ever faced. Arrested twice in 2007, Lohan was charged with drunken driving and drug possession, but both were misdemeanors.


Prosecutors in Riverside County have been considering whether to press charges against Lohan for a December altercation with a worker from the Betty Ford Center, where she was being treated for drug addiction.

Beyonce Kicks Lindsey Lohan Out Of Her Dressing Room!

Lindsay Lohan, who is hosting F1 Rocks in Singapore, requested the biggest dressing room at the event, and she got it. But little did she know that Beyonce would waltz into town and lay claim to the room as well.

Beyonce, who travels with a team of 70, also requested the largest room. Her rider stated that she needed four lit mirrors in the room, which was to be decorated in white. And a mini gym. And booze. Oh yeah, did I mention that her rider was 139 pages long? Really.

Up until Saturday Lohan had enjoyed the large dressing room, but when Bey rolled into town her security team booted Linds from it.

Lindsay later told the Daily Mirror: “I’ve been a bit down. It was a strange night. Everyone was being aggressive and bothering me. I really didn’t like it.”

If Lindsay thinks she deserved the dressing room over Beyonce, she’s out of her mind. Beyonce only changes clothes like every 10 minutes, and probably has a different staff member dedicated to each part of her body. When Beyonce comes to town it’s a production. LOLL
