Lindsay Lohan Sues Pitbull & Ne-Yo --- Threatens To Take Their Song Off Radio!

Guess Lindsay doesn't like Pitbull and Neyo's song "Give Me Everything" as much as we do.



Lindsay Lohan is reportedly suing the creators of Pitbull's No. 1 hit "Give Me Everything" over a disparaging lyric that she claims is in breach of "New York civil rights laws."



The song -- written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack, also defendants -- has a line:

Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin'

I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay is pissed, claiming in her lawsuit ...

"the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."

Lindsay, who claims in the lawsuit she is

"a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild, is suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.



Lindsay alleges the appearance of her name in the song "causes [Lindsay] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants."

The suit -- filed by Stephanie Ovadia -- seeks an injunction to stop all of the defendants from broadcasting the song. It also seeks unspecified damages. Stephanie Ovadia is the same lawyer who filed the E*TRADE lawsuit on Lindsay's behalf, which settled for a confidential sum.



"Give Me Everything" has given Pitbull (real name: Armando Christian Perez) his biggest hit yet, reaching No. 1 on the Hot 100 in June and selling 2.96 million copies since its release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Representatives for Pitbull and Ne-Yo did not respond to queries about the lawsuit at press time.

Lindsay Lohan Spends More Time In Slammer!

On Friday, the actress was sentenced to 120 days behind bars for violating probation by allegedly stealing a necklace.

After spending a grand total of five hours behind bars, Lindsay Lohan posted $75,000 bail and was released from police custody Friday night in Los Angeles. She had been sentenced to 120 days behind bars for violating probation by allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a boutique in Venice, Calif.

Lohan's attorney appealed the sentence Friday.

The theft case had been reduced from grand theft to a misdemanor on Friday.

In addition to her jail time, Lohan was also sentenced to almost 500 hours of community service, including 300 hours at a women's shelter and time at the county morgue.

Lohan's legal troubles began in earnest in 2007 when she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and police found what appeared to be cocaine in her vehicle. She has since bounced in and out of rehab, repeatedly violated probation and skipped or appeared late for several court dates.

A John Gotti biopic been in talks for a while and now the movie has a name, "Gotti: Three Generations" and John Travolta with the leading role. Reports say Lindsay Lohan has been selected to play Victoria Gotti and Kim Kardashian to play the daughter-in-law.

127 Hours star James Franco, 32, is reportedly under consideration to play the son, John Gotti Jr.

Alpha Dog writer and director Nick Cassavetes will direct the Gotti project that reportedly has a US$75 million (A$71 million) budget and is expected for release in 2013.

Lindsay Lohan Posts Bond, Judge Says "Things Will Be Different"

Lindsay Lohan offered to take a polygraph test to prove to the L.A. County District Attorney she did not steal the $2,500 necklace that triggered the felony grand theft charge ... but the D.A. refused.

We're told the prosecutors shot down the offer, because they didn't think polygraphs were scientifically sound. They also believed there was a significant amount of evidence proving Lindsay did indeed pilfer the jewelry.

Lindsay Lohan was just remanded into custody -- following a STRONG warning from Judge Keith Schwartz --

"You're no different than anyone else ... please don't push your luck."

Moments after Lohan entered a not guilty plea in her felony theft case -- the judge came down on her like a ton of bricks ... telling her

"things will be different"

this time around because she's on the hook for a felony.

During the hearing, Judge Schwartz said Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and prosecutor Danette Meyers, were going to meet to possibly reach a plea bargain.

Lohan -- alongside attorney Holley -- was then remanded into custody ... and is currently being booked.

Judge Schwartz set her bail at $20,000 -- but warned,

"If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be NO BAIL."

The judge also revoked Lindsay's probation in the DUI case and set bail at $20,000 -- so total bail is $40,000.

Lohan was also ordered to refrain from contacting the jewelry store during the case, after Meyers said someone had sent the store owners flowers, which kind of freaked them out.

Lindsay then posted bail.

Soon after she jumped on Twitter to see support from Celebrity Rehab Doctor, Dr. Drew, the doctor tweeted:

I am mortified how @Lindsaylohan is getting attacked when she is so fragile and just establishing her sobriety. Not at all what she needs

Lindsay responded,

@drdrew thank you for your support.. I appreciate it

Lindsay Lohan Going To Jail! Cries To Judge... [VIDEO]

Lindsay Lohan was just sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation in her DUI case, followed by a 90-day inpatient rehab program.



Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lindsay Lohan after an incredulous prosecutor, Danette Meyers, told the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court.

Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn't fly.

The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.

Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge,

"I did the best I could."

Lindsay dissolved into tears when the judge imposed the sentence.

Lohan must surrender on July 20 in Judge Revel's court.

Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore just explained ... generally, a female inmate in Lindsay's situation only serves 25% of their sentence ... which means LiLo will most likely spend around 23 days behind bars.

Beyonce & Lindsay Visit Colombia For A New Smile!

Two of the world's most famous celebrities are planning to visit Colombia - pop diva Beyonce and Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan are scheduled to visit the South American country.



But Lohan, who famously admitted to cocaine abuse in a February interview with a British newspaper, is not coming to sample Colombia's most notorious export lol



Colombian dentist to the stars, Marlon Becerra, has come up with an innovative way to attract tourists to his country, by getting superstars such as Beyonce and Lindsay Lohan to lead the way.



Orthodontist Becerra, who works on celebrity smiles both in his native country and in Los Angeles, was inspired to organize the star visits after co-ordinating a hugely successful trip for ex-Spice Girl Mel C to see Cartagena last year.



Becerra explains,

"What happened with Melanie was reported around the world. It's a clean and nice way to show off the country ... and show its real image."

Becerra said that the British pop-star was "so ignorant" of the country that she wouldn't even get on a Colombian flight, but after visiting the historical city she admitted,

"I'm crazy. Cartagena is beautiful."

Following this success Becerra had the idea of inviting 40 other celebrities to follow in Melanie C's footsteps - those who agreed include singing superstar Beyonce and actress Lindsay Lohan (who is a good friend of Mel C's).

Brittany Murphy's Last Known Video Interview: Looks Frail & Talks Of Next Life/ Celeb Friends Says Their Last Thoughts.

As news of Brittany Murphy’s death reached media outlets, many of Brittany’s coworkers, friends and fans took to Twitter to mourn the young star and remember her warmly. Alicia Silverstone, Brittany’s costar in Clueless, spoke to People Magazine about Brittany, saying “I always felt connected to her as we shared a very special experience in our lives together. I feel love in my heart for her – and hope she is at peace. This is truly sad.”

Alicia also said that though they “didn’t stay in close touch over the years” she was still “so saddened to hear this news. I loved working with Brittany. She was so talented, so warm, and so sweet.” Others chimed in on Twitter:

Following Sunday’s shocking death of actress Brittany Murphy at age 32, her friends and admirers in Hollywood are sharing their grief and memories on Twitter and elsewhere.

Brittany's Ex, Ashton Kutcher said:

"2day the world lost a little piece of sunshine," Ashton wrote on his Twitter page. "My deepest condolences go out 2 Brittany's family, her husband, & her amazing mother Sharon."

Ashton, whose romance with Murphy blossomed on the set of the comedy Just Married, added a special note to Brit herself, which really mad me tear...

It's pretty clear that Brittany was loved and respected by many in the Hollywood community, and it’s nice to such respectful tributes to her life and work. [As I said previously, I was and still am a big fan of hers and watch the movies she was in because of her! She is also a young women close to my age and it's just heart breaking]

Meanwhile, others haven’t been so kind or respectful. Perez Hilton’s initial report on Brittany’s death read...

“People just don’t typically die at 32 of natural causes!!!!!!! Absolutely devastating. Especially because this comes as no surprise! We, and those who knew Brittany personally, saw this coming. That does not make this any less horrible.”

Many news agencies are going through their archival footage of Brittany, and it’s pretty much established that her last public appearance was for the opening of Tt Collection’s Pop-Up shop in Los Angeles. Many outlets described her appearance at the time as “emaciated” or “bony.”

In her last appearance/ interview, Brittany shared concerns about her frail frame.

"I am a bit thinner now than what I would like to be," Murphy, 32, admitted to Fox News' just 2 ½ weeks before her death on Sunday.

For years there has been rumors of her having an eating disorder and drug problems that she denied. She was quick to credit her workout routine...

"I was a ballerina for a long time...I still take ballet lessons now - what it does to your body is incredible."

She also said she wanted to have a baby in the new year, saying “As far as having a New Year’s resolution, I’d love to have a child next year. But that’s kind of a large one!” She also described herself as “very blessed to have a really great loving husband. … I spend more time with my family than anyone else in the world.”

Unfortunately, Brit appears to be quite thin in the video; her eyes also seem dilated. And while she's articulate, something just seems to be... off. It's kind of hard to explain—and not entirely appropriate to speculate in more than a general sense—so we'll let you watch and decide for yourself.

Lindsay Lohan's Dad Says She "looks 100 years old!"

In a recent attempt to get his daughter help (or gain publicity), Michael Lohan says his daughter is "a beautiful girl, but she looks 100 years old."

Daddy Lohan, who is currently seeking a conservatorship over Lindsay, blames prescription medication abuse (not bad parenting) on Lin's waning beauty. While Michael is busy giving these "exclusive interviews" to anyone who will listen, Lindsay's mom remains mom – that is unless you count the voicemails her ex-husband is threatening to release of Dina Lohan admitting their daughter has a drug problem.
