They're called Hip-Hop's Cash Kings. And that name says it all.

While the economy has been shaky and the music industry in flux, Jay-Z has prospered. Over the past 12 months, the music mogul has pulled in $63 million, landing him at the top of Forbes' Hip-Hop top-earners list. He's the king of the Cash Kings.

Ryan Schinman, chief of Platinum Rye, the country's largest buyer of music and talent for corporations, tells Forbes.

(Just last month, we told you that Jay-Z's $63 million put him at No. 6 on Forbes' Top-Earning Musicians of 2010 list. Wife Beyonce landed at No. 3 on that list, outearning Jay-Z with $87 million.)

The No. 2 man on the Hip-Hop list isn't even that close behind. Diddy pulled in $30 million.

Diddy's New Album Cover Was Taken By Someone On Vacation!! Hear His Story.....

Ok so we all know Diddy's knew album cover is a "little different" lol but it seems to be quite an interesting story behind it for me. A regular Joe just happened to take this picture...and now it's changing his life, check it out:

I’ve had to keep a secret for a little while now, but finally I can reveal all.

Puff Daddy, P Diddy, Diddy, or Sean Combs, whatever you prefer to call him, has released a new album.

Last Train To Paris as part of the group Diddy Dirty Money.

So far everything is going along normal.

Diddy is a big recording star, he makes albums, all is good with the world.

But then something got fucked up, I got involved.

Interscope emailed me repeatedly, and then called me, they wanted one of my photos for the album cover.

Who was I to argue?

Especially as they were going to pay me.

So I gave them my picture, and then I had to wait for the Album to get made.

For some reason I never asked where on the cover the photo would go. I assumed the back cover with some writing over the top, I like my photo and all, but I never really saw it as front of an album cover material.

Apparently I was wrong.

Now if you think I am making all this up, and I just photoshopped a photo that appeared on the blog a long time ago, let me point you to wikipedia, a site where people call my photo whack, or site that asks you to rate Diddy’s album against Enrique’s.

You might be thinking, wait a minute, how did Interscope and Diddy find this photo, well they found it right here.

Obviously I am not a professional snapper or anything. This was taken on a holiday while waiting for my wife (who can be seen under the G) on a small camera. The only artistic part of it was me seeing the cool red right and going up and down the escalator a few times to get the right shot.

How they decided to use the photo for the album cover you’d have to ask them.

This is the most random thing to ever happen to me, I mean I went on a fucken holiday, put a photo on my blog, and over a year later that photo ends up as an album cover for fucken Diddy. One thing it has made me do is start uploading my other holiday photos on flickr.

It is an audaciously arty cover for a star like Diddy to make. An out of focus shot of a “train station” in Paris. It also doesn’t have his name, or Jay Z’s name, or even mine.

I can see why some of his fans might see it as whack. It isn’t really a cover aimed at the majority of people who buy Diddy records.

I’m not going to pretend to be the world’s biggest Diddy fan, I’m more a Jay Z or Kanye sort of chap, but I always liked his producing of Biggie’s work.

Now I’m a bigger fan, I shall talk about his career by saying Post Jrod or pre Jrod when discussing it with people.

Anyway, I can’t talk now, I only just found out that people really take album covers seriously, so I am off to troll the internet and see just how whack my photo is.

*By designed I mean took a photo.

That's awesome! Weird "album cover" but great photo! lol

Last Train To Paris hits stores June 29th.

Diddy Plans BIG Tribute for Biggie!

Diddy will take it to Brooklyn to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Biggie Smalls. On Tuesday, March 9, the Mogul will be hosting a party at The Lab, a club in B.I.G.’s old Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. This is the 13th anniversary of The Notorious B.I.G.’s death.

“We’re trying to make March 9th a national Hip-Hop holiday. It already is on the low…. It’s a big day. It’s a day to celebrate his life. It’s a day to celebrate the life of the man. We done did the movie, the records. It’s something that, I guess as a label we’re obsessed with: making sure people don’t forget about this man in a positive way. March 9 is Biggie Day… Bump Biggie all day, feel good and positive.”

So cool! We should make it a Hip Hop holiday! We are always celebrating anyhow. I seriously still get upset that BIG aint here anymore. He was like a flower that did not get to blossom.

Diddy Got Married On New Years Eve???

Diddy seems to have gotten so caught up in the new year's madness that he "accidentally" announced he got married.

"Juat married!" he tweeted at about 3:30 am this morning on twitter.

(Click photo to enlarge)

Two hours later Diddy then announced: "No I didn't get married !!!!! Pls stop asking!!!"

However, rumors have been circulating in Hollywood that Diddy and on-off again girlfriend Kimberly Porter did actually wed on New Year's Eve.

Reports have said that celebs were showing up at St. Barts in droves last night. The big names reportedly included Jay-Z and Beyonce, Denzel Washington, Oprah and others.

Tabloids announced in 2007 that Diddy and Porter ended their relationship after having three children together.

But in mid-December of this year, rumors arose that he had dumped singer Cassie and become engaged to his ex.

His rep immediately denied the gossip.

"This rumor happens every year it isn't true," he said.

On twitter Diddy himself addressed his relationship with Porter, writing:
"Attention all blogs. Not getting married. Not engaged. Sorry. Where do yall get this stuff from. Have a blessed night..."

[Evidently YOU, Diddy lol]

Diddy Wants To Get Adopted By President Obama & He Still Loves J-Lo??

Diddy shared that he has a dream to get in The White House - as an adopted child of the president. He shares some interesting thoughts in an upcoming interview for Playboy's January/February issue.

“I ain’t gonna lie – if God said I could pick one person to be my father, I’d want to be Sean Combs Obama,” Diddy told Playboy “That’s how dope he is. I hope he reads this interview and adopts me. I wouldn’t even have to be in the will. I got my own money!”

He also admits to dating a top Hollywood actress but doesn't name any names.
“There was a young lady who’s an actress. She’s famous. I liked her, so I was willing to do whatever I had to do… We started spending time together, but we were prisoners of our celebrity,” he explained. “She took me out to dinner after we got to know each other and hit me with a line that was straight out of the movies. She said, ‘You know this will never work, right?’ I knew she was right… This was going to shake up the world. It would have been a Puff and J. Lo situation, part two.”
(There goes that oh so famous dress!)

Speaking of Jennifer Lopez, Diddy has nothing but kind words for his former flame.

“There are people who come into your life that you’ll always love and respect. She’s definitely one of them. I feel as though we changed each other’s lives,” he continued. “It was a different type of feeling. It was being in love with somebody who understands who you are because they are exactly like you.”

Diddy Denies Day 26 Leaving Bad Boy...

Bad Boy Records CEO Sean “Diddy” Combs has disputed recent speculation that Day26 has left his imprint.

In a radio interview, Diddy explained the situation he is in since leaving Atlantic Records for Interscope.

“I don’t know why that’s on the blogs like that,” Diddy said about Day26 no longer on Bad Boy. “I still have my label deal with Atlantic. I didn’t sell my label, like, I still have my artists that are over there. From Day26 to Janelle Monae, etc. You know what I’m saying? They’re still part of Bad Boy. They’re still part of Bad Boy, the Bad Boy imprint will still be on there. Unless, Day26 could just wake up and say ‘We just want the label to say Atlantic’ and that would be cool with me. But right now, it’s Bad Boy-Atlantic, I’m there for them. I’m not abandoning any of the artists that are over there. I’ve been hearing that a lot on the blogs but I really don’t pay attention to the blogs.”

According to Day26’s Willie, the group is dealing solely with Atlantic Records. “Bad Boy is always our family, but we’re with Atlantic right now…we really want to get people focused on the artistry, on the music. I think a lot of people lost it with the entertainment of the show. So now, we really want to show people what we’re all about, that we do our thing whether it’s on stage, in the studio, writing and producing — we do it all.”

Speculation on the group’s Bad Boy status began to grow when Diddy signed to Interscope Records earlier this year.

“I had started some previous business relationships with Jimmy Iovine,” Diddy said in an interview. “We had a great chemistry with each other. When I sat down with Julie [Greenwald, Atlantic COO] and told them that I had an interest to go sign with Jimmy and they didn’t make it rough for me. Lyor [Cohen, WMG Chairman] and Julie were nice enough to let me get my [Bad Boy] name. I was able to take the name over to Interscope and to still in stay in business with them. I am not abandoning any of my artists over there, I still have that imprint. But all my future recordings, including my recording contract, that will be at Interscope Records…We are going to take our time with the amount of acts that we sign…We want to find those very unique artists. We want to build something very special that’s not already out there.”

Diddy, himself, left Atlantic Records in part to further advance his recording career.

Now that the term of the Warner deal has ended, I have elected to accept an opportunity to move my recording career and future label venture to another company,” Diddy said in a statement.

Shyne Speaks On Prison, DIddy, & Visits Belize Jail on Thanksgiving Day...[VIDEO INCLUDED]

In case you missed it, Shyne recently opened up about his eight-year prison stint.

“I didn’t blame nobody else for my mistakes. It wasn’t my co-defendant’s fault that I shot somebody in the club, I take responsibility, I did that s**t, it was a terrible mistake and I moved on. So that’s what I challenge you guys to do. Don’t blame the C.O. [Correctional Officer], don’t blame the police – you have to take accountability for your actions and you have to decide what your future is gonna be. You can’t be following what this one say and that one say, I spent ten years in the cooker – it’s a lot of gangbangers in New York, I didn’t bang because I’m universal. I’m a boss – I mess with everybody. I had the Italian mafia, John Gotti’s boys, I sit down and break bread with them. I had the Irish n***as, the Spanish n***as, the point I’m trying to make to you is that you have to be a boss. And I started this when I was young.”

Shyne called P Diddy a “liar” last month after the music mogul allegedly said he had a phone conversation with the ‘Bad Boys’ rapper.

Diddy was cleared of the same charges during the pair’s trial.

Shyne also visited prisoners at Belize’s Hattiesville prison on Thanksgiving Day,

and spoke about his own time behind bars, as well as his plans to get his life back on track following his release. He told inmates they need to develop a strategy for their life beyond prison.

Diddy Taking It To The HSN Network!!!

On November 30, beginning at 11 p.m., the Home Shopping Network will be forever changed when P. Diddy hits the airwaves.

Diddy will promote his Unforgivable and I Am King fragrances with the reported goal of selling $400,000 worth of merchandise, and showing the world fragrances can be sold on TV — or, at least, that if anyone can convince the public to buy scents they can't smell, Diddy can.

“We should own Behind the Fragrance,” [HSN CEO Mindy Grossman] said, paraphrasing the title of the music-biography series.

Since Diddy's segment will be all about telling a story, he won't just go on the air and spray his fragrance on awkward models while talking about how fabulous it is. He'll be interviewed in a talk-show-like format on a specially built set, which you see rendered above (Diddy is our addition — to make it seem more real). Grossman hopes Diddy will bring in a whole new audience. Indeed, if we remember this come Monday after all the drinking we will have done in the past five days, we just might tune in — and we've never made an effort to watch HSN. Sean John executive vice-president Jeffrey Tweedy credits Grossman with “turning [HSN] into a hip TV channel.”

WELL DIDDY WILL DEFINITELY BRING A NEW AUDIENCE! SET YOUR DVR'S LOL...

Diddy on Shyne's Deportation: "When Everybody Go To Jail A lot of People Jump On The Bandwagon"

Here’s Diddy on Shyne’s exit from America right after he left prison:

“The overall feeling at the end of the day, a lot of people have always asked questions, I’ve never had any problem with Shyne. I’ve never had any problem with him, I was looking forward to him coming home and just getting out here and letting people see what I saw. I think it was cut down too early, people never got a chance to see what I saw. The thing that bugs me out is people forget what was going on at the time, y’all was throwing so many stones at me telling me how Shyne sounded like Biggie. All the cats up here at [New York radio station Hot 97] was throwing stones at me and I was telling them, ‘Nah, the kid got something special.’ At the end of the day, when everybody go to jail, a lot of people jump on the bandwagon and it was beyond that to me…I never wish bad on anybody, I only wish somebody the best and I hope he gets to come back to the United States, he did his time and deserves to come back.”

Mase Forces Diddy To Sign Him Out of Contract!!!

Ma$e forces Diddy to sign his release papers live on the air!! 3:47, the look on Ma$e's face. He can't believe Diddy's about to sign it.

The look on Dawn from Dirty Money's face is priceless in the beginning LOL

All jokes aside, this is major for MASE! Diddy has been locking down artists in contracts for years! Jada and The Lox had to raise hell to get out of theirs!

*Word is that the signed paper wasn't even to get out of the contract completely but more along the lines of Mase now being able to do songs and appearances with other artists. Hey, it's a start!

Diddy's Former "Secret Child:" New Photos Released.

Diddy got babies everywhere! LOL Well not really but he has more than a couple!

Now his other baby mama, Sarah Chapman, posted pictures of their daughter Chance on Facebook.
(She is soooo cute! But I hope that dress was for a dance recital or something! LOLLL)

Some history for ya...

Back in 2007, Diddy vowed to care for his secret daughter.

He fathered a child with Sarah Chapman while he was dating ex-lover Kim Porter last year, wants to be part of 15-month-old Chance's life now he is sure she is his.

Diddy said: "I will take care of her for the rest of her life."

The hip-hop mogul had denied Chance was his daughter for more than a year, but DNA tests recently proved him to be the baby's father.

Kim, who has three children with Diddy, admitted their romance imploded when she discovered he had a child with another woman, living in Atlanta.

When asked if the rumours of a secret baby were the reason Kim ended their relationship, she said: "That definitely was part of it."

Diddy insists he was faithful to Kim, claiming he had a relationship with Sarah Chapman while he and Kim were "on a break".

Diddy was reportedly desperate to keep the baby a secret from Kim - who was pregnant with their twin girls at the time - and allegedly paid the then unnamed mother $1 million to stay quiet.

Kim moved out of the music mogul's apartment in July '07 following a 10-year on/off relationship.

Kim and Diddy are parents 2-year-old twin girls — D’Lila Star and Jessie James
, and 11-year-old son, Justin.

Diddy has another son, 15-year-old Christian, from a previous relationship.

Diddy's Announces "Last Train to Paris" to include Rick Ross, Drake, Lil Wayne + More

With a new deal behind him, P Diddy has been talking about which acts willbe making cameos on his new record 'Last Train To Paris'.

Names thrown out by Diddy include Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and new boy Drake, as well as the previously announced T-Pain (who confirmedhimself that he was appearing on the album earlier this year). Jay-Z is also mentioned as a possibility.

But despite the star-studded collaborations, Diddy wants fans to take the record on its own merits."The thing about the album, it's not about the features," He explained.

"Each artist, they got down with the story line, they got down with the movement. I think that's when features work - when people come into your work and they adapt to what you're trying to portray." 'LastTrain To Paris' is now being released by Interscope Records, althoughit looks unlikely that it will be coming in November and intendedoriginally.

Bad Boy Records To Close?

Ok so there are rumors that Bad Boy Records is on the brinks of closing down!
Also that Diddy is in negotiations to sign with Interscope Records.

Industry insiders tell me the real deal is that Bad Boy's contract term with Atlantic/ Warner Bros. is about to be up. Diddy may not renew and then that would mean Bad Boy will eventually go to Interscope if everything goes well. It's just a change of distribution companies that's all.

Some of the current artists under his label include Day 26, Donnie Klang, Cassie and Janelle Monae.

Diddy Responds to Aubrey O'Day's Sexual Allegations!

Diddy responded to Aubrey O'Day's allegations that she felt pressured to sleep with him in order to further her career.

"There's no way in her right mind she think that I would hit that. That's not even possible. Also I just wouldn't hit that. Just real talk. If that was at the club I wouldn't hit that. That's not my flavor boo."
