The Beckham's Welcome a Little Girl:

I know this post is going to seem like old news on Tuesday morning but Monday was a busy day  filled with several appointments that left me unavailable to post entertainment updates. Nonetheless, it was a perticularly happy day because it marked the first time in four months I would be off of crutches. Yayyyy.

Moving on:

Sunday July 10th was a happy occasion for the Beckhams who welcomed their first daughter, Harper Seven Beckham. David was quick to update his fans on Facebook posting the following status update:

“I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA.”

I've been hearing a lot of people rave over the name Harper! It seems to be a crowd pleaser and I feel confident in saying that we will be hearing about new babies being named Harper A LOT more now that a celeb has named their child that. It's the truth and you know it!

As for the middle name, Seven, that doesn't seem to be winning many over at all. If you watch Seinfeld I know what you're thninking and won't even bother going there.

The reality is that Seven holds a lot of meaning to the Beckhams. Seven is the time Harper was born at, the month she was born in, and most importantly, the number her dad wore at the peak of his career as a soccer superstar playing for Manchester United.

I'm an overall fan of the name. How about you?
