Lil Wayne Gets Sued By ANOTHER Producer for $500,000!!

Here we go again! This is the second time within a few days that Lil Wayne is getting sued and this is not a coincidence. After "Lolipop" producer said he was owed unpaid royalties (click here) , now there is another producer who is allegedly owed their royalties for their songs.
This time it's "A Milli" producer, Bangladesh, suing Lil Wayne for $500,000.

Bangladesh aka Shondrae Crawford said he is taking the rapper to court because of unpaid royalties. He told Vibe.com that he felt the only way to get the money owed was to sue Wayne’s label Cash Money, questioning the company's payment policy.

"Cash Money don’t pay royalties,"
he claims.
"'Tha Carter III' [Wayne's 2008 album] [is] his biggest album probably because of 'A Milli'. You have to sue these guys so that they pay up."

He added:
"All the money from album sales goes to Cash Money. I get cheques from Sony for Beyonce, checks from different labels for different artists, it just comes to you. You don't have to call them, sue them and all that junk. This is what you're owed."

Birdman Denies That Lil Wayne Has Ghost Writers!

For years there have been allegations regarding Lil Wayne having a team of ghost writers and now, Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman a.k.a Baby, is speaking out against the rumors.

Rappers Gillie Da Kid (formerly of Cash Money Records) and Jaz-O have been two artists amongst the few that have claimed that Wayne does not write his own material. According to Baby, all of Wayne’s material comes from his own mind and ghost writers are not even an option.

CLICK HERE TO CHECK OUT MY EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW W/ GILLE DA KID AIRING OUT LIL WAYNE & BIRDMAN!

Baby had this to say in an statement: “C’mon, man,” Baby said when asked if Drake writes for the rapper. “Wayne don’t even write, man. Honestly Wayne don’t write. I don’t know how he do that sh*t he do, but don’t no n*gga do it for him. Wayne don’t play that sh*t, he never did. We ain’t with that sh*t. That’s cheatin’ to me, when you’re trying to be great. When you’re just an artist that wants a hot record, that’s something different, but when you’re trying to be great you ain’t bout to let no n*gga write for you, cause you don’t wanna lose none of the credit. Wayne wants to be the best to ever do it. To be the greatest ever takes your skillful thoughts, not another person’s.”

Birdman Says Drake Can Be A Better Artist Than Lil Wayne...

In a recent interview with AP, Stunna spoke on Drizzy and his superstar status:

Up-and-coming rapper Drake is becoming more popular. Do you see him being a bigger star than Lil Wayne?

Birdman: Drake is already a superstar.

But as big as Wayne? Birdman: That’s 20 years from now. Hopefully, he’ll be bigger. That’s what we’re striving for. We ain’t tripping. We’re working hard for him to be bigger than anyone else. We want the best for him.

Juvenile Talks New Album, Cash Money, Jay-Z, Advice to Lil Wayne + More!

I sat down and spoke w/ Juvenile about his new album, "Cocky & Confident" that will be in stores December 1st, "We got the new single called You Gotta Get It...I just shot the video BET Weekend and I'm ready to go," says Juvie.

When thinking about what happened a few years ago during Hurricane Katrina and the after math Juvie says, "A lot of people still mad about things but ya know, people are starting to hold their heads up and look foward to their future...we getting back grounded now."

Things have changed drastically over the years for Juvenile and his team. "It's been a minute since I been out man and I started probably like, I would say '91 seriously like making records" He went on to say, "I've been one of the lucky ones to have a few hit singles that I could stay around this long."

In regards to his former team member at Cash Money, Juvie says, "We all able to let bygones be bygones and move on...we all about making money......"

I also asked Juve what he thought about Lil Wayne's success, now being one of the top rappers of today, "It's crazy because it's something I predicted from the beginning"

Juvie says Lil Wayne always put Jay-Z on a pedestal, "I would tell him [Lil Wayne] 'Hey man, Jay-Z is a great rapper, but there's always gonna be somebody that comes along that's better than him.' ...Both of them my guys, he [Jay-Z] paved the way for us too."
Juve says he hasn't spoke to Wayne since he got sentenced, "My last conversation w/ him [Lil Wayne] was right before he went to Europe." He also says he advices him not to talk with many people, "Stay in your own world man...do what people know you for doing....."

Lil’ Wayne Sued For Copyright Infringement?

Rumor has it, Thomas Marasciullo claims his voice was used without his permission on "Like Father, Like Son" such as “Respect” as well as tracks from Birdman’s 2007 album, 5 Star Stunna, according to BBC News.

Marasciullo said Lil’ Wayne and Birdman asked him to record some “Italian-styled spoken word recordings” back in 2006. He wasn’t aware the recordings were actually used on the albums until his daughter stumbled across the song “Respect” when trying to download a ringtone.

In addition to Weezy, it is said that Marasciullo is also suing Birdman and Cash Money Records as well as various music distribution outlets for unspecified damages.

Lil Wayne Speaks On His Music, Carter IV, & Clears Up Birdman Double CD Rumors!

Lil Wayne talks his performances, his band and most importantly clears some things up about the Carter IV...

Lil Wayne says Rebirth & Carter IV WILL NOT be packaged together.

"Nah they pushing for that. I ain’t really trying to give it to them like that. It won’t be given like that, trust me. The Carter IV deserves the Carter IV and that’s that… The Rebirth may come as a double with the Young Money All-star disc."

The "they" the rapper speaks of pertains to Birdman, who spoke with The Hip Hop Chronicle UK earlier this month regarding the two-disc prospects. Set for a December 15 release, Birdman claimed fans would be provided with not two, but three Wayne efforts simultaneously:

"[Wayne] coming with the rock album, ['Rebirth'], and 'Tha Carter IV' ...And the Young Money album all in the same day."

SO WHO WILL HAVE THE LAST SAY THE FATHER/ BOSS OR THE RAPPER/ SON?? HMM LOL
