Joe Budden Beats Girl Friend To Miscarriage? Blames Chris Brown? (VIDEO)

This story has been heating up all day. Rumor has it rapper Joe Budden beat the crap out his now ex-girl friend and model, Esther Baxter, so bad that she lost her baby. And how do we know this? SHE'S SPILLING THE BEANS!

Listen to Esther tell her story below:

What provoked Esther to tell her story was Joe Budden releasing a song saying he killed their unborn child, and revealing audio recordings of their argument....making their dispute public.

He also went around explaining his side of the story....

Now, if your asking yourself, how in the world did Chris Brown get in the mix of all of this?

Once the news got out that Esther spilled the beans...Joe Budden got on Twitter, receiving backlash from fans and non-fans alike and tweeted,

fuck this, i'm shopping 4 a bow tie as we speak.

Referring to when Chris Brown had to tell HIS side of the domestic attack with him and Rihanna and wore that bright baby blue bow-tie.

Breezy wasn't feeling that Budden brought him into his problems and responded,

So I'm guessing this person thinks he's mature by making references to me becuz of his mistakes! #pumppumppumpitup

UPDATE:

Then a day later (May 10,2011)....

Joe Budden responded to Esther's claims saying,
Yeah, she did a whole Barbara Walter-ish interview. Dramatic full house, theme music in the background, and pictures. I’m sitting there like, really this is what we doing? We cuing the music and violins.

For the record, so that we’re totally clear, I never hit Esther. Never, never, never. No, I’ve never, EVER, EVER hit her. Like I said, that subject matter is very serious. It’s not anything to joke around about and I’ve never hit her. To be honest, you don’t do all the things she said I did and then come right back and f**k the same man.

After hearing both sides, how do you feel about the situation?

Restraining Order Issued Against Floyd Mayweather Jr. For Threatening to Kill

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been ordered to stay away from his baby mama Josie Harris and their two children ... as a result of a domestic incident back in September.

The boxing champ was not present at the Clark County Courthouse in Las Vegas where the judge issued the ruling.

As we previously reported, Floyd's baby mama Josie Harris claims the boxer beat her up, threatened to kill her and stole her cell phone on September 9.

The judge set Floyd's bail at $31,000 -- and stated that she did not believe he was a flight risk.

Floyd is due back in court in January.

Floyd Mayweather Threatens To Kill His Baby Momma Over Relationship w/ ANOTHER Sports Player! 'I'm going to to have you both disapear!"

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was arrested for Grand Larceny on Friday on charges related to domestic violence on his Baby's Mother, Josie Harris. She filed charges againgst him. Here's the original story - click here!

But not the story gets more interesting as it seems there is a sex scandel going on between Floyd Mayweather Jr., his Baby Momma and ANOTHER sports player. (This is nothing new - click here to check out more sports players sharing women)

But Mayweather may have been in a fit of jealousy; he caught wind of a relationship between Josie and basketball player C.J. Watson from the Chicago Bulls.

According to the report, Mayweather read text messages on Josie's phone ... which included messages from C.J. and Mayweather screamed,

"'Are you having sex with C.J.?'

Harris replied,

'Yes, that is who I'm seeing now.'"

Then, according to the report, all hell broke loose! The 10-year-old son of Mayweather and Josie told cops he

"saw his dad was on his mother and was hitting and kicking
her."

According to the report,

"Harris stated that Mayweather began yelling at Harris, 'I'm going to kill you
and the man your (sic) are messing around with.'
He also stated, 'I'm going to
have you both disappear.'"

The police report says Josie Harris was taken to Southern Hills Hospital and treated for "minor facial injuries and a sore left arm." Pictures of the injuries were taken.

The police report goes on to say while Josie was at the hospital Mayweather called Georgia Parker -- Harris' friend who lives in the house -- and told her to get out of the house.

...We'll keep you posted!

Flloyd Mayweather Allegedly Punches His Baby's Mom In Her Head! Arrested For Grand Larceny, get the 411...

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was just released from Clark County jail

Mayweather didn't have a thing to say about his arrest on a grand larceny charge earlier today ... an arrest that stemmed from an alleged domestic incident at his baby mama's house......

Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s baby mama claims the boxer struck her "multiple times in the head with his fist" and then threatened to kill her.

Josie Harris went to court yesterday and filed a request for a restraining order against Mayweather -- and in the docs she states that Floyd came into her Las Vegas home Thursday morning and awoke her by,
"pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head."

She claims Floyd then began
"dragging me on the floor and twisting my arm back ... in attempt to try and break it."

According to the documents, Josie claims Floyd
"continued to beat me in front of [the couple's three children]."

Josie claims that Floyd threatened the children -- saying if they
"ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same way."

In the docs, Josie also says Mayweather
"yelled and screamed that he was going to kill me and my boyfriend and make sure we are taken care of."

Interestingly -- Josie claims, in the docs, Mayweather had been at the house roughly two hours before the alleged attack -- and was yelling at her about her new boyfriend.

Josie claims she had to call police ... who arrived and escorted Floyd out of the home.

But according to Josie, the boxer didn't stay away ... and Mayweather re-entered the home through her son's side bedroom door -- and that's when the alleged attack went down.

Mayweather was booked and held on $3,000 bail.

He was not charged on the Domestic Violence so far. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Mayweather was arrested and booked for grand larceny related to the domestic incident. According to the report, Mayweather allegedly took personal items from Harris' house.

If this is all true indeed....shouldn't Flloyd be charged more than the average man? He is licensed as a boxer...

50 Cent is taking Flloyd's side on this but seems to somewhat agree with me on the fact that he is a boxer and a hit from him would not be the same as the average man.

“Another case of angry baby momma wanting momma. Police are looking for @FloydMayweather, I just got off the phone with him...she's claiming he hit her but has no brusies. Floyd went to see his kids last night, if a fighter of Floyd caliber hits you, you would be bruised…I talked to him before and after the situation, he wasn't even upset. He said he asked her why the house was so dirty and she started trippin…”

Chris Brown Cries Hysterical At The BET Awards! Do YOU Forgive Him Finally? WATCH IT HERE!

UPDATE:

Ok, so last night I was all emotional for Chris Brown, and don't get me wrong, I still feel it was an amazing performance. But was it too amazing? Like too put together, including the "crying" at the end. I really don't believe in coincidences anymore and the reason I put quotes on "crying" this time around is , after watching the performance over again, my thoughts have kind of changed.

I don't think I saw a tear, why leave Man in the Mirror till last? Why was THAT the only song he was going to sing?.... Did CB's team put him up to this? ....

I can hear it now...."Chris this will be the way to win the public back!"

ORRRR was I right the 1st time, saying that Chris has been set free?.....

One YouTube commenter wrote,
"I hate him even more since I realized the whole performance was more about him than it was for Michael Jackson."

So I think we may have to do a NEW poll here,

DO YOU THINK CHRIS BROWN'S TEARS WERE REAL??????

I'm STILL trying to figure this out myself.

I will say this though, I REALLLLLY hope everything was genuine and hope he can move forward, and I don't even mean with the public.....with HIMSELF.

ORIGINAL POST:

Now you knowwwww I have my own thoughts on the Chris Brown situation and how he has handled the after affects of all the drama. But I think the BET Awards may have been his turning point in his career.

When Jermaine Jackson came on stage at the BET Awards to introduce a tribute to his brother Michael Jackson, he didn't say the name of the performer. He just announced, "Here he is!" before Chris Brown appeared behind a screen on stage.

CB has been shut out of Michael Jackson tributes over the last year, having fallen out of favor with the public after his assault of Rihanna became public knowledge.

He danced and lip-synced along to several of Jackson's hits, but the real highlight of the performance came when it was time for Brown himself to sing Jackson's hit "Man in the Mirror." When he opened his mouth to sing the opening line, "I'm gonna make a change for once in my life," Chris couldn't get the words out, fighting back tears.

I'm fighting tears right now writing this, he touched me so much...I realllly think he may finally be freed of all his drama...it's like he was saved by the Lord tonight and I really mean that. Now, I'm not sure if I'm right or not, but I feel it in my heart, and I am very happy for him.

Was he weeping for MJ, or because the words hit a bit too close to home? Like I said, guessing it was a bit of both. Chris never managed to pull himself together, so he dropped the microphone and just sang along with the audience, tears streaming down his face.

A few minutes before hitting the stage, CB tweeted,
"BE NERVOUS FOR ME... im s***tin' a brick right now!!!!!"
I think that showing some raw human emotion might do some good for his tarnished public image... MAYBE.

According to the official BET Twitter, Jermaine Jackson thought that "C. Breezy's performance was Jacksonesque!"

Chris Brown Deletes His Twitter: Blames Wal-Mart For "Hiding" His CDs In Stores!

On Friday, I seen Chris blowing off some steam in a rant on Twitter. When I heard news of his Twitter account being deleted I had a hunch this had something to do with it...Mind you, I personally think Chris should have deleted it a long time ago, or had his people handle the account because this is NOT his 1st rant, and considering his position with the public, he may want to keep all of that to a minimum...With that being said, check out what Chris was ranting about...

"I'm tired of this (crap). Major stores [are] blackballing my CD. Not stockin' the shelves and lying to costumers. What the (eff) do I gotta do . . ."

"WTF . . . yeah I said it and I ain't retracting (crap). I'm not biting my tongue about [this] (crap) . . . the industry can kiss my ass."

"For those people who [are] constantly tweeting me with bull(crap) . . . hop off my ****. [Your] life is pointless. For the young fans: Honestly, sorry for all the cursing. All my [real] fans: Love you . . . [thanks] for everything."

Then, on Saturday night, he added a few messages, after he personally went to a Wal-Mart in Connecticut and couldn't find his album anywhere. He said, quote:

"Just was at Wal-Mart in Wallingford CT (he posted the entire address) they didn't even have my album in the back . . . [or] on shelves, saw for myself. We talked to the managers and they didn't even know anything. Wow!!!"

"The manager told me that when there are new releases it's mandatory to put 'em on the shelves . . . BUT NO SIGN OF 'GRAFFITI'. BS."

Wal-Mart hasn't officially commented on this . . . and neither has any other retailer that is allegedly "blackballing" Chris. (--It sounded like Chris was referring to more than just Wal-Mart, but we haven't heard the names of any other stores.)

But if Chris' album IS being intentionally kept out of stores, chances are it has something to do with the fact that Chris is a convicted woman beater.

A "sales associate" named Gerald Blodgett says, quote, "We're sold out of it. We did have it in stock, but we sold out completely as soon as it hit the shelves."

Wal-Mart also released a statement . . . saying, quote, "We are surprised at the comments online. All Wal-Mart stores nationwide have carried the CD since its release, including the Wallingford store mentioned in the post.

"This store actually sold through its initial shipment over the weekend. The majority of our stores today are showing they do have copies available."

Of course, in this case, Chris should have been GLAD the store didn't have his CD.

Especially since it's NOT selling at a lot of stores. "People" conducted their own investigation and according to their research, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Trans World and Newbury Comics stores nationwide had "Graffiti" in stock.

Many of those stores reportedly said sales had been a lot slower than expected . . . and that Chris' label, Jive Records, had over-shipped the CD to retailers.

Before its release, it was expected to sell between 150,000 and 175,000 copies, but early estimates show that it only sold around 100,000 copies.

Meanwhile, there's also a new group on Twitter called #graffitionracks, where fans are tracking whether or not "Graffiti" is available at their local stores.

People are posting pictures of "Graffiti" on the shelves . . . talking about the album . . . encouraging people to buy it . . . and posting domestic violence statistics.

Chris' last Tweet read: "I WANNA THANK MY FANS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT. I LOVE YALL. GOODBYE!!!!!!!!!!!!"

What do you think? Do you think Chris has a right to whine about his album not being on shelves? Have you personally noticed "Graffiti" being missing from one of your local stores?

Or is Chris just being defensive since he was convicted and feels people are "out for him?"

Chris Brown Blasts Rihanna In New Song? / Listen to "Graffiti" FREE!

MTV REPORTS: While their albums are being released just weeks apart, former couple Chris Brown and Rihanna have been making similar promotional rounds recently, with both talking about his February assault on her as well as their LPs. And based on a listen to one of the songs on Brown's upcoming effort, Graffiti — which drops on Tuesday but is available on MTV's The Leak right now — it appears the 20-year-old singer may be speaking much more explicitly about their relationship in his lyrics than he has in the interviews he's done to date.

An old-school-style R&B track "Famous Girl" features a string of provocative lyrics that had blogs and fans chattering as soon as it debuted on The Leak on Tuesday.

After making a reference in the second verse to Young Money rapper Drake and the rumored romance between him and Rihanna ("While we're on Drake/ Say that you're the best he's ever had") — a romance Drake was quick to deny — Brown alludes to "rumors coming" and says he "knows what you keep in shadow."

The singer gets more explicit in the chorus, when he croons, "Since I thought I found my woman/ There were other guys who thought the same thing about it/ Like damn, you let me down, down, down/ 'Cause you're famous, girl, for breaking hearts."
Given the public nature of the couple's breakup and Brown's reluctance to discuss what happened on the night of the assault or what led to the breakdown of their relationship, he gets surprisingly detailed in the second verse, when he quotes a Keri Hilson song ("Keri would've said my love knocks her down"), then nods to Keyshia Cole and Beyoncé tunes with the line "Keyshia would've told me I was sent from heaven/ Sorry, B, I don't wear no halo"). He also seems to suggest that violence between them went both ways ("You were the first to play the game, though") and appears to fess up to a reported earlier violent incident in which he allegedly smashed the window of a car the then-couple were driving after a heated argument ("Sorry I bust the windows out your car"), in this case Jazmine Sullivan's "Bust Your Windows."

Elsewhere in the song, Brown admits, "I might have cheated at the beginning," and cryptically says, "I was wrong for writing 'Disturbia,' " a seeming reference to the Rihanna track of that name, which he co-wrote. He then sings (referencing one of his own songs), "But I meant it in 'Forever'/ We were supposed to be together/ And I can't let you go." He also later owns up to that fact that "Yes I'm famous, girl, for breaking hearts ... didn't know I'd break your heart."

Brown has not yet discussed the song publicly, but he appears to come to grips with the ugly split near the end, when he sings, "Many hearts we should have left unbroken/ Empty words are better left unspoken/ Too much pressure, I wish I was frozen/ Seems we lost our way/ Now I hope you're happy being famous, girl."

A rep for Brown had not granted MTV News' request for comment at press time.

Rihanna has said that a number of the dark songs on her Rated R album deal with the "roller coaster" of emotions she felt in the wake of Brown's assault, referring to the disc as her "mini-movie" for its display of raw honesty and vulnerability. And, she too appears to make direct reference to their relationship on songs like the Ne-Yo-penned "Stupid in Love," on which she sings, "I still love you, but I can't do this/ I may be dumb but I'm not stupid."

Chris Brown To Interview w/ ABC in December But Adam Lambert Canceled??

Adam Lambert‘s AMA performance raised a few eyebrows. And, it got his invitation to appear the next morning on Good Morning America revoked.

While it’s true Lambert’s little act did cause 1,500 negative calls to pour into ABC, it hardly stands up to the 500,000 formal complaint calls over Janet Jackson’s ‘wardrobe malfunction’.

But. it was apparently enough for ABC to hide behind and cancel Lambert as a guest: or as they referred to him, an unpredictable guest. So when ABC announces they are going to interview (and promote) singer Chris Brown we shouldn’t be a bit surprised?

Are viewers just supposed to accept that after all? A guy who chooses to beat his girlfriend Rihanna while threatening her by saying, ‘‘Now I'm really going to kill you’" ??

How does this make sense? The absurdity of Lambert being dropped and Brown being embraced hasn’t been lost as an ABC source stated,

The network is giving a mixed message -- that it doesn't trust someone who shocked with an unpredictable show and a gay kiss, but then it is happy to go ahead with Chris Brown, who was convicted of felony assault.

But will audiences ignore this and still tune in?

We shall find out...my predictions are YES.

Brown’s taped interview with Robin Roberts will appear on ABC’s December 11th episode of 20/20.

There have been mixed reports as to whether the singer will sing anything from his new album Graffiti.

Rihanna Still Misses Chris Brown...

RiRi can't seem to make up her mind about ex Chris Brown as she has admitted that she still misses him and listens to his music.

Rihanna, who broke up with Brown after she suffered violent assaults from him, has not still got over the memories of their happier times together, reported Sun online.

Asked if she misses him, the 21-year-old star told a US radio show, "Sometimes. Actually, yes. There are a lot of reminders, like a lot of hotel rooms, a lot of places we've been to together, music. There are different things that come up that are reminders of your ex."

And she's more likely to turn up the volume than switch off the radio when a Chris Brown song comes on.

"I don't snub or turn it off, I listen. I like his music," she said.

Chris Brown & Rihanna "Tell-all" Interviews on Same Day?!

[Above: Chris Brown MTV Interview Preview]

Ok this is getting kinda crazy now. I can respect good publicity but I feel like there is someone in this equation that is trying to fool us. But who is it??

Within the last few weeks Chris Brown and Rihanna have both given the public an insightful glimpse into what life has been like for them since the incident. Rihanna gave a highly publicized interview to Diane Sawyer, to be aired on Good Morning America and 20/20. And on that same Friday, Chris Brown will sit down with MTV and air things out with Sway!

Come on guys....THE SAME DAY?? Urghhh

In the interview, it is said that Chris Brown seemed a little more humble than usual. Rather than being too defensive, he seemed to have a sullen acceptance of the reality he faces.

When asked about the public’s perception of him, he said: “I’m confused right now.” He continued:

“I think with my fans, they still love me, they support me, definitely. You have those people who will support you. So it’s kinda like 50/50 for me. I got the people that will come out and support and then the people that don’t wanna see me do anything. They basically want me in jail.”

Where do you stand on the issue?

Chris Brown: The Interview airs Friday at 8PM EST on MTV.

Rihanna Breaks Her Silence..Why Did She Go Back With Chris Brown? [Preview]

Rihanna said that she regrets going back to ex-boyfriend Chris Brown after he left her bruised and battered during a February assault, warning other women facing domestic violence to not let themselves become blinded by love.

“It’s completely normal to go back. You start lying to yourself,” the 21-year-old singer said on “Good Morning America” in her first TV interview following the beating. “I’ll say that to any young girl who is going through domestic violence: ‘Don’t react off of love.’”

Brown, 20, was arrested Feb. 8, hours after he was accused of beating Rihanna after the couple attended a pre-Grammy Awards party. He later pleaded guilty to felony assault and a judge ordered Brown and Rihanna to stay away from each other.

In the interview, Rihanna, who is no longer with Brown, said she was ashamed to go back to him after the attack. “That’s embarrassing — that’s the type of person I fell in love with. So far in love, so unconditional, that I went back,” she said. “That’s not what I want to teach people.”

The attack occurred in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park neighborhood as Brown drove a rented sports car. A Los Angeles police detective described a brutal attack in a search warrant affidavit filed in the case, stating Brown hit, choked and bit Rihanna and tried at one point to push her from the car. A photo of her bruised face was circulated on the Internet. In an interview with Glamour magazine, posted online Tuesday, she said about the leaked photo, “I felt like people were making it into a fun topic on the Internet, and it’s my life.”

In her interview with “Good Morning America,” Rihanna said she soon realized that, as a role model to young women, her returning to Brown sent the wrong message. “When I realized that my selfish decision for love could result in some young girl getting killed, I could not be easy with that part. I couldn’t be held responsible for telling them, ‘Go back,’” she said.

“I didn’t realize how much of an impact I had on these girls’ lives until that happened,” she added. “It was a wake-up call for me, big time, especially when I took myself out of the situation.”

Rihanna says, “I am strong. This happened to me. I didn’t cause this. I didn’t do it. This can happen to me and it can happen to anybody.”

LISTEN TO WHAT SOME OF RIHANNA'S FANS HAD TO SAY...

ABC will air more chunks of the interview on Friday’s “Good Morning America” and then Friday evening on the news magazine “20/20.”

Chris also will tell his perspective in an interview to air Friday on MTV.

Mariah Carey Says She Was Emotionally and Mentally Abused: Compares Herself to Rihanna & Clears Pregnant Rumors!

Mariah Carey says she sympathizes with Rihanna – who was assaulted by ex-boyfriend Chris Brown last February – because she herself has been the victim of emotional and mental abuse.
In an interview airing Wednesday night on CNN's Larry King Live, when asked how she reacted to the Rihanna news, Carey, 40, responds, "I was very sequestered, as you know, when I first started out ... I wasn't really allowed out of the house, so I can't imagine what she went through."

Yet when pressed if she had ever personally been the victim of abuse, Carey – who married singer Nick Cannon, 29, last year – does admit to painful episodes in a previous relationship.

"Emotionally, mentally, in other ways ... It's scary," she says. "You know, I just think you get into a situation and you feel locked in. If your situation is similar to one of the situations I've been in – which I won't harp on – for me, to really get out, it was difficult because there was a connection that was not only a marriage but a business thing, where the person was in control of my life."

In the interview, Carey also shoots down rumors that she's pregnant, telling King, "It would be the happiest thing in my life, but what I'm saying is right now with this movie [Precious] coming out, with the next few singles from the album and those things that I'm doing, I need to focus on that, because I cannot do the having-a-child thing halfway."

"I wouldn't be just like, 'Oh, I'm having a child, Yay! Let me get a nanny so I can give her the baby. Take the kid,' " she adds. "That doesn't work for me. I don't believe in that."

Speak Out Against Domestic Violence!

Change.org reports:

"If things don't change now, it never will. Anyone who speaks up about domestic violence - will be condemned ... Everyone is making excuses and avoiding the fact of what happened, but it's really important to fight back. If no one is standing up for women, then we get tossed under the rug."

This statement comes from reality TV star, Tila Tequila, who is taking a broader stance against domestic violence after an experience with former boyfriend and star linebacker for the NFL's San Diego Chargers, Shawne Merriman, whom she accused of battery and false imprisonment earlier this month.

The San Diego District Attorney's office has already dismissed the case saying that there is "nothing more to pursue" and that Tila's "tweets don't count as evidence."

However, Tila - also known as Tila Nguyen - is pushing back on the court decision, as well as the media's response to the situation, in order to raise awareness about domestic violence and encourage women to continue to speak up about abuse in their lives.

"When it initially happened, so many girls with similar situations started reaching out to me with their stories. But then they see how I got slandered and how the court tossed out the case and they think, ‘If Tila can't do this, then I can't do this.' They are now scared. All the girls who were writing to me about personal experiences with abuse have lost hope," she said.

This controversy comes right in the middle of the 15th Anniversary of the passage of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). President Obama issued a Presidential Proclamation this week saying that "in the 15 years since VAWA became law, our Nation's response to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking has strengthened."

While a lot has been done to grant more support to victims of domestic violence in the past 15 years, it is clear that society still has a long way to go in terms of handling this topic in the public spotlight when members of the media, namely Bill Maher, publicize statements like this:

"Stop acting surprised that someone choked Tila Tequila. The surprise is that someone hasn't choked this bitch sooner." (WOW)

Furthermore, the SEIU just released a disturbing report that in Washington, DC and nine other states insurance companies can now claim that "history of domestic violence" is a "pre-existing condition" that justifies the rejection of an applicant. Yuck.

On this anniversary of VAWA, I hope that women who are facing domestic violence continue to speak out and that the media makes it easier, not harder, for women who are dealing with abuse to come forward.

Rihanna's Camps Says She WILL NOT be Vacationing w/ Chris Brown!

My sources tell me Rihanna's camp has declined rumors that she and Chris will be vacationing...

Rihanna’s desperate not to let her fans down as she’s had such support from them. She and Chris both need to have a long, hard think about a strategy that won’t hurt their careers. “What happened was a shock to both of them and completely out of character for Chris. There was nothing they could do but split up. But they’ve kept in touch and met up in secret as they missed each other. They’ve never, ever stopped loving each other. “To say Chris is completely disgusted with himself is an understatement. Now he’s been given a second chance he’s determined to make up for it.”
